Für eine Nacht zu einem Verwandschaftsbesuch in Ordnung. Das Personal Rezeption,Küche etc. war freundlich.
Die Lage für uns war ideal.
Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Die Lage das Frühstück und das Personal waren gut, wir waren im großen und ganzen Recht zufrieden.

Cons:

Trotz Rückmeldung an die Rezeption wurden die Kaugummis über dem Bett an der Zimmerdecke des Zimmers 311 nicht entfernt.

SAUBERKEIT LEIDER SEHR MANGELHAFT
Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht richtig sauber. Im ersten Zimmer haben wir ein Haar von der Vorgängerin gefunden und dann auch noch Blut auf dem Topper. An Ekel nicht zu übertreffen. Wir haben direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das war auf den ersten Blick besser, jedoch haben wir dort dann auch Mängel festgestellt. Spinnenweben in den Ecken, Teppich könnte mal eine Tiefenreinigung gebrauchen und der Föhn dürfte auch erneuert werden. Der Griff war total klebrig. Ich war einfach nur froh als wie wieder auschecken konnten.

B&B da weis man was man bekommt.
Pros:

Bei B&B Hotels da weis man einfach was man hat, schnell, unkompliziert, nicht zeitlich gebunden, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück. Ich würde sagen, es passt!

The location to where we needed to go but our trip was cancelled due to Lufthansa Air strikes in April 2026

Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, brauchte nur ein günstiges Hotel für einen eintägigen Termin in Herne, aber dieses Hotel war wirklich unterirdisch. Ich habe mich noch nie so unwohl und „Ihh“ in einem Hotel gefühlt. Das Treppenhaus ist schmuddelig. Das erste Zimmer, was wir bekamen hatte den ekligsten Fleck, den ich je auf einer Matratze gesehen habe. Er schimmerte durch das Laken und beim nachsehen…einfach nur widerlich.
Keine Entschuldigung dazu vom desinteressierten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Dafür aber ein neues Zimmer. Die gardienenstange hing hier schief von der Wand. Aber das Bett schien sauber.
Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht teuer, aber für das, was man bekommt immer noch zu viel. Da habe ich schon bessere hostels für weniger gesehen.
