Cons:

I paid everything at check in, 2 rooms for 3 nights. And then they charged my card for GBP300 in the middle of our last night and it took them (after a talk to a receptionist and emails) 10 days to refund me (and 2 more days for the bank). Never got an explanation why this happened. The hotel was fine but I would not stay there again, I don’t trust a hotel like that.

Easy going, comfortable, enjoyable stay in fantastic location.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, beautiful comfortable bed and excellent bedding. Everything needed for a 2 night stay was supplied and everything was excellent quality. All staff were helpful and polite, especially Stephen behind the bar.

Cons:

Didn't eat at hotel, just by choice.

Ideal
Pros:

Its central location is always a winner for me. I stay here most times I’m in Glasgow and recommend to others they should too.

Staff on this occasion were much more friendly and helpful than usual. They were keen to sort out room service etc but services weren’t needed.

Comfy bed, great showers, well temperature controlled room.

Cons:

Could do the more milk sachets available in the room instead of pestering them for more. Such a minor detail.

A major benefit would be a small drinks/snack fridge in the rooms, but in improvise with a bag of ice and a carrier bag

Hotel was very clean and our family room was very comfortable . Location is excellent, a short walk to Buchanan Galleries and Buchanan bus station.

Pros:

Had breakfast two mornings out of four and it was quite good, never used it before although we have stayed there many times.

Cons:

We were put in a three bed room which was ok but not necessary. And housekeeping could have been better, found a piece of glass on the floor on our first day, the second day the forgot a key card in the room, the third day they forgot to leave toilet paper... A bit scatterbrained, it seemed. But room was good, al this said.

Hotel bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, cercana a la estación y al centro. El confort de la cafetería.

Cons:

La habitación está muy descuidada en cuanto a confort, no hay secador de pelo para las señoras. Mal mantenimiento de las instalaciones, la cisterna del inodoro no funcionaba

Bar staff were amazing, cleaners friendly and the front receptionists were superb!
Pros:

Nice and clean

Cons:

It’s a bit more expensive side, the leonardo and the citizen M on occasion are 50/90 euro cheaper overall would highly recommend.
