I would love to visit again!
Pros:

To be as honest as possible: Nearly everything! The room was nice! The staff was so wonderful and eager to help! I could wash my clothes for a few coins and the breakfast was available for take away even though I was quite late! For me the location was a bit of a problem because it was quite far from the things I wanted to see 😅🙈

Cons:

Thinking on top of my head I would just say the location wasn’t the best for my kind of vacation but because taxis and Uber are so cheap in Korea the problem was easy fixable!!!!

Clean, cool, quiet.
Pros:

It was clean, cool, quiet.
The restaurant breakfast buffet was hot and fresh.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and you could tell the staff paid attention to cleaning both in the room and the bathroom.

Cons:

The swimming pool was an additional charge. Considering the room fee rate, it seems quite expensive.

Отлично, чисто, вкусно, релакс, но персонал отвратительный

Очень чисто, очень уютно, кровать потрясающая, мягкая, идеальные подушки, тактильно приятное постельное белье, отель хорошо пахнет, удобные ванные

Cons:

Абсолютно отвратительный персонал. Язык не знают, дважды подводили. Сначала оплатила бассейн (кстати, бассейн платный (((((( уточнила специально «могу ли я посетить два раза бассейн, ибо до санитарного перерыва осталось полчаса, могу ли прийти после него» мне сказали «да, оф корс». В итоге, начали с меня требовать мой браслет для посещения во время санитарного перерыва, на ресепшене сказали, ой извините, мы ошиблись, хотите прийти после перерыва опять платите 15 евро..


Второй момент: спросили на ресепшене: « в любой ли момент можно прийти позавтракать», сказали «да, конечно!» и что в итоге? Перед вылетом приходим, а столы оказывается нужно было бронировать или ждать очередь… говорим «у нас вылет через 2,5 часа, нам нужно быстро поесть», они такие «ой, нет, у нас тут люди очередь». Так, почему нельзя было предупредить?

Также не работает сауна.

Бассейн, кстати, они в итоге дали второй раз бесплатно, а на завтрак все же посадили, но скольких разборок это стоило…

Просторный шикарный номер. Я отмечала свой день рождения и мне все понравилось. Ванная комната чистая. Виды шикарные.
Банные принадлежности меняли каждый день, воду также приносили каждый день
До города на такси от 10 минут и больше, если расстояние дальше

Cons:

Завтраки однообразные. Бассейн платный. Странно, впервые такое слышу, чтобы постояльцы отеля дополнительно платили за бассейн

부산 여행하면서 묵었던 숙소 중 정말 만족도가 높았던 곳입니다.

공항출국전후로 또는 부산 여행 계획할땐 언제나
신라스테이 이용중입니다🥰

무엇보다 15층 고층 객실로 배정해 주셔서 탁 트인 전망을 보며 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 낮에는 시원한 뷰가, 밤에는 야경이 정말 예뻐서 객실에 있는 시간마저 힐링이 되었습니다.

객실도 기대 이상으로 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 들어서는 순간 기분이 좋았고, 침구도 포근해서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

직원분들도 모두 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 처음부터 마지막까지 편안한 마음으로 머물 수 있었고, 세심한 서비스 덕분에 더욱 기분 좋은 여행이 되었습니다.

김해공항과도 가까워 이동이 편리하고, 조용하면서도 쾌적하게 쉬기에 정말 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다. 다음에 부산에 오게 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.
