We appreciate the comforts of home provided by this hotel and the helpfulness of its friendly staff.
Pros:

Spacious room, adjustable room temperature, shower had strong water pressure and flow of water was maintained constantly at desired temperature. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The provision of a coin laundry was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Lighting in car park was dim.

5번째 방문 했습니다 터미널에서 조금 멀긴 했지만 객실이 생각보다 넓고 베드와 침구가 너무편해서 잠을 잘잤어요~~
솔직히 조선호텔도 간혹 이용 하는데 너무 조용한 곳은 서부산 신라스테이 인거 같아요 ~~쉬러온 느낌이 좋았습니다

Cons:

화장실 문이 꽉 닫히지 않아서 샤워하고 나면 물이 많이 고여있었어요 제가 퇴실할때 얘기했어야했는데 깜박했네요
그리고 간혹 청소하시고 나면 가운 아니면 슬리퍼를 깜박하시더라구요 그것만 조금 참고된다면 너무 좋았습니다

Todo está bastante nuevo, limpio y las camas son súper cómodas.

Para empezar, al hacer el check in nos comentaron que tanto el bar, sauna y piscina estaban cerrados. Creo que esto debería de comunicarse de antemano y más en un cuatro estrellas.
Ahora viene lo “gracioso”, cuando fuimos a desayunar (horario del hotel de 07:30-09:30) a las 08:45 nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar ¡una hora! Porque había demasiada gente. Pues nada, estuvimos una hora esperando y cuando por fin nos sentamos a desayunar (09:45), nos dicen que tenemos 15 min, que el bufete ya va a cerrar. O sea, nos mandan a esperar una hora para después decirnos que tenemos 15 min para comer, vaya broma. Obviamente nos quejamos y dijimos que necesitábamos más tiempo para comer, a lo que nos respondieron que nos podíamos quedar hasta las 10:30. Que bien! Hasta que a las 10:00 en punto comenzaron a recoger todo el desayuno por lo que a las 10:05 ya no había casi nada. En fin, nos pareció u. Maltrato al cliente y más para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Añadir que se oye todo de las habitaciones de al lado, insonorización mala.
