Great Appartment
Pros:

Large apartment well equipped kitchen comfortable bed very nice bathroom with bath.
Good secure parking.
Very clean and tidy building nicely decorated.

Cons:

A/c was hard to control.

Certainly it is the best hotel in Australia!
Pros:

I believe it to be the best hotel experience I have ever had. Everything was perfect, the property is very luxurious and classy. The staff were professional and the service we recieved was second to none!

Cons:

The only thing that may have improved my stay was if they had a swimming pool. However they score 100/10 with both myself and my partner.

Up to standards and beyhond
Pros:

All was perfect, nothing to add. We had a 2 rooms suite, lounge and kitchen top of the range, fully equipped. Spacious bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, one with nice tub. Very good price/quality ratio.

Will be back to the hotel , not the restaurant.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay .

Cons:

The restaurant food that we had for room service was average and the lack of flexibility of the restaurant, was a disappointment, lucky there are great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Good apartments, shame about the bed
Pros:

Location, view and facilities were good.

The bed wasn't comfortable, too soft, and had to sleep in middle to not feel like I'd fallout of bed

Pros:

Perfect location out of the city. Stayed for a wedding, and was able to get to and from the venue without going into the city. Walking distance to O'Connell Street for breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Location was great, view was good, facilities and come and go secure parking suited me.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and felt like half of the mattress was collapsed and old. I felt like I was going to fall out unless I slept in the middle.

Amazing space with luxurious clean amenities- would stay here again with teens
Pros:

Roomy especially sharing with two teens. Lovely property and amazing value for professional establishment - thank you for having us. I was delighted to find you having booked a less than ideal place that I managed to move from earlier than expected. The housekeeping staff were exceptional too - the service was always consistent and caring and delivered without fail daily during our stay.
