Because of the bad experiences it was not at all a good experience to stay there or suggest anyone else to stay there. Kindly check the section that says "What didn't you like"?
There were multiple instances which we were not aware of
1. Guests visiting was not allowed Had to checkin paid extra just to visit
2. Staff was asking to many questions to the guest felt very weird the experience itself was daunting
3. They kept asking guest which room whats your room no and did you check in and asked to check their bag aswell just because he was siting in common area for long time!
4. These seems small but affects a lot to people who are staying
5. Guest asked for another room (paid) and was denied
6. WHen they checked in they paid extra which includes extra mattress and breakfast both was not attended by guest
7. Guest was asked multiple times for their Key Card! to get access of lift and other common spaces
8. Shower was leaking after turning the knob.
due to the issues mentioned above. Hospitality wise it was a bad experience.
Chef was good, Restaurant managers were polite and good. Reception, housekeeping, cleaning staff were good as well.
Manager that handles drivers was rude and not at all professionalism. If there is one single thing that we do not like about our stay is this point.
He is not able to handle his drivers and my SUV car had all the auto settings messed up and AC in turbo mode. When i complaint, he didnt gave sufficient and convincing answer. Please improvise this before you start losing customers
