Unsanitary at check in
Pros:

The place is a scam. It was not as advertised. It was unsanitary. I contacted hotels.com as soon as I arrived to see about a refund. Do not stay at this location. Run away as far as possible!!!

Pros:

We found a lot of interesting street food in this area, all of it was excellent, the apartment was small but it served its purpose very well for my family to visit, it had an air conditioner and n every bedroom so that was nice, it had a washing machine and a big refrigerator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Pros:

At check-in time, care person requested passport and copy of entry visa. I came visa free country so nothing to show but he didn't accept it. It wasn't easy check-in because he doesn't speak English at all. Thanks to a language translation tool, finally I managed.

Description of the room was completely incorrect. The room has kitchen cabinets and sink but no equipment, (kettle, cooktop, crockery, fridge) which means I can't make even tea. All cabinet are empty. And if course no laundry facility.

I tried to ask him nicely to change room that had hot water and at least electric kettle & cups. I compromised and asked him very basic things. But he didn't want to do for free and keep saying "pay extra money, refund isn't acceptable and changing room without extra cost isn't possible" I used translation tool and showed the my request in Vietnamese, he didn't want to communicate with me. Then started to shout on me with overreacted gesture. He acted very rude and treated me aggressively. I couldn't sort this problem by myself so I asked Expedia help and checked out earlier.

Be aware of this property. The room I was offered was still hasn't finished the renovation.
