Memorable stay

I made a reservation for my parents. They had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this resort! From the moment they arrived, the staff's generous hospitality made them feel incredibly welcome. Property is good but for the food non-veg is not served by them even egg omelette is not available in breakfast. For dinner there was one and half hour wait time that is also at 10-00 pm on Saturday for in house guest is very strange.

Plesant stay at the Fern
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the Fern earlier this week. The hotel is about 7km from the Sardar Status and right opposite the train station. It's a well maintained property with swimming pool, gym and steam rooms. Beds were very comfortable and cozy, had a good night sleep. There is ample of space for parking and the front desk received us very well. Breakfast was the best part, there were plenty of options from cereals, wide variety of fruit to south Indian specials Idle and dosas. Overall had a plesant stay at the Fern, we will defintely return to this property in future.

Pros:

Hotel location was good. It was near by SOU and in front of railway station. Also, hotel amenities were good. We paid high price so were looking for room with better view, but it was disappointing that we did not get room with good view. Rooms were clean, but for few basic amenities - we had to keep calling room services.

Overall it was good. All interactions with the staff was satisfactory without any rudeness. Food was good but a bit slow service. Cleanliness was maintained. All requests were responded. There are some issues with plumbing system and needs complete make over.
