Big comfortable room location was great close to Kentucky Kingdom and the Expo Center easy walk over

Cons:

There was a concert at Louisville Stadium, the one night and they parked up the parking lot nowhere for customers to park not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and professional. Premises kept in clean condition. Spacious rooms comes with an eat in kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot as well as dishes and silverware. Located in close proximity to highway, restaurants and gas station the airport.

Cons:

Shared parking lot with adjacent hotel fills up quickly.

Pros:

Extremely clean, comfortable and modern suits to stay during the road trip, what I’ve liked most is the place is a pet friendly, so it’s great to stay with my furry friend.

Cons:

The breakfast is okay, but it would be great to have some veggies 🥦

Above and beyond!
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations!!! Very clean, well maintained and had everything you could need. The housekeeping staff had neatly and intricately folded the towel like you’d find at a high end hotel. Seriously, the room was something I’d expect from a 4 star+ hotel. The bed was SO comfy, I slept like a log!
The breakfast was good, pretty basic offerings but fresh and plentiful. Staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient.
Hotel is convenient to the airport, Churchill downs and highways. Parking was easy and free.
We’d stay here again in a heartbeat - the quality for the price is unbeatable!

Comfortable place to sleep but I would not use the kitchenette because of the bugs.
Pros:

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Roaches in the room. The second night I saw a roach run out from under the toaster. I saw roaches on two more occasions over the course of our stay and we were not in the room other than to sleep.
