airco wasnt working, staff was unfriendly and lied to us, promised to be contacted and wasnt AVOID

being able to pack up my stuff and leave

we waited at the car park for the staff to open up but they ignored the ringer, had to go inside after 5 minutes to see her on her phone, get to our rooms to find out the airco was broken, when I get to reception she is more concerned she gave us 1 room that was basically an upgrade and made my friend switch, when asking about the airco again she said we can try to switch rooms the next day only to then find out the whole building had no airco and the lady lied the night before. but dont worry! itll get fixed in 4 days. offered no compensation in 3 nights of 30 degree heat with sun facing rooms, the hotel stinks. breakfast is too expensive for what u get. staff is unfriendly. and I got promised I would be contacted after the stay but after reminding them 3 times I just ended up contacting booking directly, honestly avoid this shithole at any cost.

Pros:

Klimatisierte Zimmer, sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Angenehm weiches Bett. Gute Parkmöglichkeit gleich hinter dem Hotel.
Frühstück hat gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Schranke öffnet nicht automatisch. Vorgebuchter Stellplatz mit Öffnungscode, der dann nicht funktioniert. Klingel der Schranke zur Rezeption ohne Funktion. (Stand 23.06.2026)

Prima schoon en betaalbaar hotel in centrum
Pros:

Schone kamers, vriendelijke receptie, goed ontbijt, dicht bij het centrum, goede parkeergelegenheid, en de airconditioning erg goed bij het zeer warme weer
