Overall it was a great choice, especially for the cost and proximity to American Dream complex
Pros:

Very clean, nicely sized and styled rooms, had a bar!, and breakfast was great.

Cons:

We visited over New Years Eve so I'm not sure if they were short-staffed /whether its related, but they didn't provide daily cleaning of the rooms!

Not great
Pros:

Facilities are great, seems like recently renovated so everything feels new. Bed was comfortable and room very spacious with a big bathroom and a very handy space for working remotely.
Service was very good by most of the personnel.
The 163 bus passes right in front of the hotel and it brings you to port authority bus station, so if you are planning on visiting NYC that is very handy, also 10min drive from Secaucus train station.

Cons:

List of what I didn't like:
- There is no restaurant! this was a pain during my stay - stayed for three weeks- way too long to be eating take away food.
- There is nothing walkable distance around the hotel.
- Breakfast was very basic and not good quality. No waffle maker.
- There's no water bottles in the room and no water fountains in the hotel. I asked at reception and they said water bottles are only for platinum members, never heard this before in any other hotel and I travel a good bit.
- Room cleaning wasn't great, I shed a lot of hair so It was very noticeable whenever they didn't clean. Bed wasn't properly done, sometimes it looked like they just threw the blankets on the bed without tucking them in. Seemed like they weren't cleaning the shower.

Pros:

Hôtel propre et calme, le petit déjeuner est bien diversifié et la Chambre était spacieuse. Parfait pour les familles, de plus le bus pour New-York est juste en face de l'hôtel (15min de trajet et vous arrivez à times Square). De plus le personnel est très à l'ecoute et bienveillant.

Cons:

Horrible Horrible Breakfast. Only 2 items. No Bread, No Tea, No Oats, Coffee did not had regular Milk. paid $280 for a night, not worth it at all. Bathroom has sliding door. It cannot be closed in any way, whatever option you try to make it center, there will always a visibility inside. No privacy-Horrible. I wish I post the video.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional and kind throughout. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy. The location made it easy to get around, and overall it felt like excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Great hotel for families. Clean rooms, safe and calm atmosphere, and staff who were very supportive. Everything we needed was available, and the hotel is in a convenient area. We’d happily come back.
