Near to all shopping
Room no drinking water. Need to walk out to take
Beautiful property with clean and modern facilities and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the on-site coffee shop and having breakfast outside on the terrace.
location is great, very cool vibe.
beds were a bit firm for my liking..
Love coming to Mustard Hotel when we are in Tokyo. This is my favorite neighborhood and walkable to all the vintage shops, cafes, food, and more. A must stay.
Great location, cool amenities (records) and cafe.
Rooms weren’t too clean and very minimal.
Very cool vibes in the hotel! The area has an interesting history of jazz kissas and thrift shopping, which the hotel embraces. For instance, I really liked that there is a vinyl player in every room, and you can borrow some vinyls from the reception to play in your room. Besides that, the hotel is located within a modern complex with different shops, restaurants, etc. and you get discounts to some of them when staying at the hotel.
The breakfast was simple, but still good :) (bagel with toppings + a coffee-based drink; and alternative options).
Overall, we LOVED staying at Shimokitazawa, so this hotel was great for us to enjoy this unique area of the city.
Our room was a bit small but not unexpected for the destination. Despite the size, there was still a small desk and space to hang things in the room.
The location, the vibe of the place, the coffee shop and the great and helpful staff
Nothing.
