Second time staying and they did not fail!!
Pros:

This is our second time staying and just as the first time, it was clean, comfortable and most of the staff was pleasant! Graveyard receptionist (on 3/21, I was incredibly tired so I didn’t pay attention to her name) had exceptional customer service!!

Cons:

It’s a beautifully clean, modern space with a crisp, minimalist design that feels both comfortable and inviting. The simplicity of the decor creates a relaxing atmosphere while still being visually appealing. The wide variety of breakfast options, from hot to cold selections, makes it easy to satisfy any appetite and suit every taste. And last but at least the beds are extremely comfortable and I love that they are eco-friendly forward with the technology of the room design!

Clean, Great Breakfast, Friendly staff
Pros:

The location was amazing, breakfast was great and the room was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. I called a few times for items to be brought to our room and each time the front desk answered they were pleasant.

Cons:

I feel that the room was clean overall, the bathing towels had some human hair on them and some ones used eyelashes were left on the bathroom floor.
