Amei tudo!! Equipe perfeita e hotel novinho! Maravilhoso mesmo. Quarto, instalações, café, piscina quente, hidro, etc. Nota 10/10. Voltarei com certeza!!!!

Cons:

O sofá que vira cama faz bastante barulho a noite pq é todo de metal aí atrapalha um pouco na madrugada quando tudo está bem silencioso. Acabei botando o colchão no chão e ficou ótimo. Minha esposa e filha dormiram na cama de casal principal e eu dormi na mini sala do sofá cama, mas também só botei o colchão no chão no ultimo dia para testar. Deu pra dormir bem os outros 6 dias de qualquer forma. Quarto é excelente e grande. Ahh a brinquedoteca no Andar 5 tb é linda e minha filha amou! O hotel cheio mas o atendimento não deixou a desejar em nenhum momento. Várias famílias com crianças.

Hotel e atendimento bom, porém quando fui, estavam em obras.

Café, atendimento.

Cons:

Reservei porque a área das piscinas (aquecidas) era muito boas nas fotos, mas quando chegamos estavam em manutenção, não recebi nenhum aviso sobre isso. Ofereçam um hotel perto que atendeu a necessidade, mas tive o incômodo de ter que ir até o outro local, por contra própria.

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Quarto limpo, espaço agradável.

Cons:

Chegamos e a TV não estava funcionando direito. Um hotel desse nível tu não consegue acessar nem a Netflix.
Tive que esperar um dia inteiro pra mandarem alguém para tentar arrumar e mesmo assim não houve jeito, na acessava nem o YouTube. Nada!
QR Code para o serviço de quarto não funcionou, atendimento super demorado.
As piscinas completamente lotadas!
Sem mentira tinham umas 100 pessoas na área das piscinas que devem comportar umas 50 no máximo. Claramente o hotel superlotou.
Filas imensas para o café da manhã.
O teto em cima da piscina estava quase caindo. O compartimento que escondem os dutos estavam colados com fita isolante! Um absurdo, capaz de cair aquilo na cabeça de alguém!

Assim, se eu tivesse pago 100 reais a diária tudo bem, mas para um hotel do nível que se propõe deixou MUITO a desejar.

O atendimento é maravilhoso. Todos muito educados.

Cons:

O chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar e não tinha pressão.
Na recepção faltou um café ou chá. Que geralmente tem na serra.
E não tinha lido que o estacionamento era cobrado a parte.
