Pros:

Nossa estadia foi muito boa no hotel Exclusive. Quarto confortável, área da piscina bem legal, um bom café da manhã. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Eu acredito que o hotel tenha que rever algumas coisas. O Aroma utilizado pelo hotel é muito forte, na minha opinião precisa rever isso, pois acaba provocando até dor de cabeça. Rever o aquecimento dos quartos. Ficamos em um quarto que não estava funcionando o aquecimento, estava frio. Solicitei troca e fui para outro quarto que não tinha aquecimento funcionando. Reclamei novamente e fui para outro quarto. Neste último quarto aquecimento funcionando ok, porém o controle da parede não funcionava, pois independente da regulagem era só quente, mas passar frio em Gramado não é aceitável, os hotéis são sempre quentinhos. A cama já estava com as molas bem gastas, para quem é magro o corpo não fica reto e deu dor nas costas em mim e no meu esposo. Fiquei 3 dias, mas já estava com saudade da minha cama. Atendimento da Jacuzzi muito bom. Recreacionista área kids muito atenciosa. Acho que o hotel pode investir em mais brinquedos para as crianças.

Café da manhã pedíamos para fazer um omelete e tapioca e demorava muito.
