Cons:

Birkaç eksik vardı.En önemlisi odada Kettl yoktu,normalde kaldığım otellerde odada mutlaka oluyordu.hatta sallama çay ve çözünür kahve ile birlikte.Ama burada aşağıdan makineden ya da ücretle alıyorduk çayı/kahveyi.İkinci bir sorun Odada terlik yoktu,bu da bana göre çok önemli bir konu,dışarıda gezdiğim ayakkabı ile kalacağım odada dolaşmak istemem.Son olarak dental kit yoktu,dişimi fırçalamak için dışardan ekstra almak zorunda kaldım.(şunu da eklemek isterim,çok fazla eksik olunca ben bunları istemedim personelden yani hotelde genel olarak varmıydı/yokmuydu bilmiyorum.normalde odanın içinde olması gerekiyor) ama personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.temizlik de gayet iyiydi.

Einfach aber gut
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich mit frischem Obst und Joghurt. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, das Bett ist jedoch sehr schmal. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, entsprechen aber in jedem Fall dem angebotenen Preis.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr schmal. Die Sauberkeit könnte noch verbessert werden. Besonders der unhygienische und fleckige Teppich in den Zimmern wertet ab. Vorteil und Nachteil zur Bahnnähe: Schlafen ist nur bei gesschlosenem Fenster möglich.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ist defekt. Das habe ich aber an der Rezeption weitergegeben.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und Uniklinik.
Gut geschlafen, trotz Lage
Frühstück, gutes Buffet-Angebot

Cons:

Das Einchecken war mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden, da der Code für Zimmer dreimal umgestellt wurde, aber der freundliche junge Mann an der Rezeption hat die Nerven behalten !!

Super Preis, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereiten Personal
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Selbst beim check-in um Mitternacht findet man gut gelauntes Personal vor und fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Backwaren.

Cons:

Leider funktionieren die Frühstücksgutscheine nur wenn man über die Hoteleigene App bucht (nicht aber über booking.com o.ä.).
