Onderwerp: Klacht over mijn verblijf bij uw B&B

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Ik wil graag mijn ontevredenheid uiten over mijn verblijf in uw B&B.

Toen ik rond 18.00 uur aankwam, heb ik mij netjes aangemeld. Later op de avond, rond 23.00 uur, zou een vriend van mij uit Kosovo langskomen. Tot mijn verbazing werd er om zijn paspoort gevraagd en werden er allerlei vragen gesteld, alsof hij een ambassadeur was. Ik begrijp dat er bepaalde regels zijn, maar de hoeveelheid procedures en vragen vond ik echt overdreven en onnodig ingewikkeld.

Daarnaast waren de bedden ontzettend hard en zeer oncomfortabel. Er was absoluut geen sprake van comfort, waardoor het moeilijk was om goed uit te rusten. Voor een accommodatie waar mensen betalen om te overnachten, vind ik dit onaanvaardbaar.

Alles bij elkaar was mijn ervaring zeer teleurstellend. Zowel de overdreven procedures als het gebrek aan comfort hebben ervoor gezorgd dat ik absoluut niet tevreden ben over uw B&B.

Ik zou deze B&B dan ook aan niemand aanbevelen. Op basis van mijn ervaring vind ik de accommodatie niet gastvrij en biedt ze onvoldoende comfort voor haar gasten.

Ik hoop dat u deze klacht serieus neemt en iets doet aan zowel de klantvriendelijkheid als het comfort van de bedden.

Typisches b+b-Hotel. Zimmerausstattung ok, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal

Cons:

Vorher wurde Hotelparkplatz für PKW besprochen. Wurde leider nicht informiert, dass der Hotel-Parkpl. komplett wegen eines Zirkus in der unmittelbaren Nähe gesperrt war.
Mußte also teures Parkhaus zahlen. Aufenthalt war gottlob nur 1 Übernachtung.

Ein B&B wie man es sich vorstellt, für kürzere aufenthalte gut.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Cons:

Der Teppich um Flur stinkt.
Preis leistung eher schlecht für 120 €/Nacht bei einer eher minimalistischen B&B Ausstattung.
