I’ve stayed in over 30 hotels, and this is my first negative review. I saw similar warnings in other comments but didn't believe them. I was wrong.
The Overcharge: We agreed on 6000 ZAR per night, but they charged us nearly 10000 ZAR. This is an absolute scam.
Cockroach Infestation: The room was disgusting and full of cockroaches. The bathroom was filthy.
Room Deception: We paid for a Superior room but were given a low-quality room facing the AC units.
Staff Conduct: The staff is dishonest and opportunistic. I saw them lying to other guests about room availability until a fight broke out.
Stay away! You are better off sleeping on the street than giving your money to this establishment.

Parking and restaurant exceptionally expensive
I booked a 2 bed apartment. When I arrived they told me that they were overbooked so they had put me in a 3 bed apartment. When I got to the apartment the couch in the lounge was missing so i had nowhere to sit. I called reception and informed them of the missing couch. They promised to sort it out. when i called later that evening they said the guy on duty was busy fixing air conditioners they will have the couch in the apartment by 10am the following morning. When i left at 11:30 am they said they will fix it. It was not there when i returned that evening and the manager on duty said they will sort it. I spent 3 nights in an apartment with no couch being told stories the entire time. I would never recommend it or stay there again.
Breakfast was okay
Extremely over priced for what I got regarless of the demand for accomodation. Bookings.com and the hotel really need to have a look into it, and not rip people off.
Nothing at all, it was horrible, made horrible due to their lack of planning and organisation. I saw many people being returned, I saw them lie through their teeth, they asked some guests when did u book, they said all bookings after July went processed… I got mad even more from watching how others were treated
When we arrived
1. we were told there is no parking
2. our booking could not be found
3. once the booking was found only one room was confirmed
4. the second room had a wet carpet, smelly and horrible
5. I saw so many people being to BS, people even from outside SA, families with kids made stranded because of the hotels lack of planning and respect for the guest

Room was super disappointing, no aircon or fresh light or air, not same as pic on booking.com( also they did advertthers aircon in room. Not great value for money.

The bath was old it couldn't be cleaned, the bath plug was rusty.
The windows didn't close properly, therefore the noise from 2 roads, and idling engines made it impossible to sleep. It was very stormy, and with ill fitting windows the room door rattled during the night.
I did contact you about this, I have not received a response, even after chasing you.
Obviously I complained to the hotel, on the first night and on check out, they seemed nonplussed, I was offered a free lunch and hotel shuttle. It doesn't make up for 2 sleepless nights at the end of a great holiday
No way is the a 4 star rating.
Your booking details ask for a 2500 rand deposit in cash for breakages. It is not required by the hotel for a hotel room, you should remove the incorrect information.
Amenities are not as shown, its a hairdryer on request, which took an hour to arrive, laminate floor not carpeted, no laptop safe or chocolates/cookies.
Coffee pods were very poor quality.

It was close to the CTICC which was where I needed to be. Access was good.
Windows did not close properly so the wind was howling, it was noisy. Door does not lock tight, so you have a stream of light under the door all night. No hangers in the cupboard. No hairdryer or plug for one. No shower curtain. Shuttle to the airport is very expensive.

Getting to the underground parking was a nightmare. Extremely difficult to find & parking area very uncomfortable. Rooms need upgrade.
