Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Valet parking is expensive. There is a limit of 50$ for the breakfast for the room which is of course not enough for 2 adults and 2 children.

Good stay.
Pros:

The hotel room was great. The size of the room was a good size for a family with young children. The beds were comfortable. The hotel location is great, its a short walk to the beach, and many restaurants.

Cons:

Firstly, the rooms are only cleaned every other day, this is the first time I have experienced this. The hotel is not cheap for them not to offer cleaning services daily. Secondly, the staff at breakfast were terrible. I had issues every single day. I would advise you not to get breakfast with your stay. The breakfast staff first could not find our reservation, we had to go back and forth with the front desk to confirm the information with them a number of times. This happened every day. The hotel policy is that kids eat free, but the breakfast staff were not aware of this! The seated area to have your breakfast is tiny. If you have breakfast included in your stay, the staff will not explain to you clearly what is included in you breakfast, but they will change what is included every single day. They had an issue with us ordering anything else apart from the french toast for the children. One of my kids has allergies and the staff did not care about this. Absolute terrible customer service. Thirdly, the parking rate for the night is extortionate. We only parked there for one night, we messaged the valet before we came down to have the car ready, once we came down to the parking garage our car was not ready. There is parking just opposite the hotel for half the price, which is where we parked our car for the rest of the trip. And lastly, when we arrived at the hotel the pool was closed! The pool remained closed until the next day in the afternoon. Pretty terrible if all your kids want to do is jump in the pool.

Good nights rest, very unclean.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and was about the only thing that felt clean in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom was very grimy and gross, grout was completely black, remote for tv was sticky, not to mention the mandatory $40 “valet” parking. Will NOT stay again.

Pros:

My favorite thing about the property was how small and intimate it was. Not a bunch of huge crowds throughout the hotel, even on the weekend.
Walking distance from the beach and amazing food. We never have to drive anywhere.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware until we got there you HAVE to do valet parking even though they ask which you’d like, then proceed to tell you they only do valet, and then it’s also an extra charge of $38 per night to park. Also, the elevators weren’t all working. So that was pretty inconvenient.

Personal sehr unfreundlich, Zimmer wurden nicht geputzt/gereinigt - keine frischen Handtücher, toilettenpapier,….—> keine Entschädigung dafür bekommen. Niemand fühlte sich dafür verantwortlich, wurden immer weiter geschickt. Wir hatten ein 4 Bettzimmer haben aber nur Frühstück für 2 Personen bekommen (Je 15 dollar). Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!
