Nicht transparent ausgewiesene Destination Fee wird zusätzlich pro Nacht erhoben
Cons:

Die hohen Parkgebühren à $ 38 pro Nacht kannten wir bereits im Vornherein. Daneben jedoch noch zusätzlich und nicht transparent (auch nicht auf Booking.com erwähnt) $ 30 pro Nacht als Destination Fee zu verrechnen ist dreist!
Sehr schade! Gutes Haus, gute Lage, nettes Personal, dreiste Preispolitik..

Gutes Hotel für Sarasota Beach
Pros:

Es ist ein tolles Hotel an guter Lage mit toller Aussicht auf Waterfront. Sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Frühstück Organisation ist doof. Funktioniert gar nicht. Das Personal wird überfordert und muss alles machen. Trotzallem bleiben sie freundlich und wirken relaxt😀

Pros:

Location is great. Room was spacious (suite two Q) and clean. Bed was comfortable; shower worked great. microwave and fridge in room. There is a $20 daily credit to use at the sundrys area or towards breakfast each day. two free drinks at sunset on rooftop each day. Solid wi-fi. Two Free two hour e bikes a day. there is a starbucks in the lobby (which is large and has several seating areas).

Cons:

The housekeeping was understaffed and didn’t get to tidy our room. We got fresh towels at 5:30pm by asking and housekeeper was still working on the floor so we just met her in the hallway.

VA Spring Breakers
Pros:

The breakfast options were great and staff was friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The valet team were exceptional and organized. Housekeeping was wonderful every day. I loved our room with the balcony, clean also. We really love that the room came with the microwave and refrigerator. Facilities staff was great and came and fixed our shower head issue right away.

Cons:

Our 3 rooms were not ready when we arrived at 4 PM. We thought there would be additional restaurants on site. One of the elevators seem to always be out of service during the day. The rooftop bar could become a restaurant. It was a little underwhelming.

Pros:

Great location. Beautiful docks in the morning for sunrise. Short walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants. Close proximity to the Jolley trolley stop. Very nice rooftop bar and 4th floor pool. Will definitely stay again.
