We arrived on two motorcycles to valet parking, obviously the two young lads were not allowed to park our bikes but they put is into one space but then told us that it would be the same charge for two spaces @ $38 each. One car costs $38 and a large car $48. The payment was taken automatically by the hotel although they told us that they had nothing to do with the parking. The resort fee was $30 per night but a free drink was available after 7pm unfortunately the outside bar and pool was closed for a storm coming that didn’t arrive. We were already out by then finding somewhere nice for dinner.

Das Starbucks Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Valet Parking ist teuer, schade, dass es um das Hotel herum keine preiswerteren Parkplätze gibt.

This hotel, staff, amenities, & location were all blessings to my family.
Pros:

The credit towards pizza & deserts, the 2 hour e-bike offer, available boat tours directly in front of the hotel, & its within walking distance to the beach & many shops.

Cons:

The housekeeper came in my room when I had a Do NOT disturb sign on my door handle. They said it must have fallen on the ground, which was possible. They need better signs.

I enjoyed the experience overall and I loved how accommodating the valet was and the hotel lobby staff were.
Pros:

The staff was super courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to use valet to park my car. That was an extra cost that I did not see anywhere on booking.com. I also did not like that I had to pay a $30 destination fee. The stay wound up being way more than we anticipated especially we had two vehicles we had to valet.

Was a wonderful room would go back as location is perfect.
Pros:

Beautiful property, bar on top floor roof free cocktail each night, great location, staff was very friendly and let us check in early.

Cons:

Wasn’t told by booking about the $30 resort fee each day and parking is $38 a day. Pizza place downstairs boring.

If this hotel wants to offer a decent stay, it needs to start by training its staff to treat guests

Cons:

One staff member was taking breakfast orders, and she was incredibly rude (she is a Spanish speaker with black hair). Her attitude was sharp, dismissive, and made it clear she had no interest in helping guests. It turned what should’ve been a simple morning meal into an irritating experience.

When a hotel puts one person in charge of breakfast service, that person should at least know how to speak to guests respectfully. Instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome.
