Very comfortable, but I won't stay again; they have mandatory hidden fees.
Pros:

The beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the view from the hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff did not explain how to use the amenities—such as the pool and gym—which I didn't even know the property had. They really weren't friendly.

Cons:

I was charged a fee for a membership that I did not agree to. This amounted to $60—an expense that was not included in the initial quote—and they failed to mention it beforehand; instead, they simply charged it as a mandatory fee. I was very upset, as the receptionist was rude and refused to explain why they were charging this fee.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The service here was fantastic! Richard, Mike and Victor at valet were all very helpful! The hotel itself was very clean, inviting and such a beautiful view. We loved our stay! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Very close to beach. Was clean. Room was very big. Hotel was very nice overall!

Cons:

No garbage can in kitchenette area. No garbage bags in room cans. Should provide paper towels. Hair dryer should be upgraded. Big dislike… the $30 a day resort fee. In exchange you get a $20 a day credit and free dessert etc…but it’s not free you paid $30 for it. Rediculous fee!!

Pros:

Overall a pleasant stay and experience. This is the 3rd time we’ve been here. The in-house free promotions were a nice touch that added additional value. One thing that can be improved on is housekeeping as they seemed to come around every other day. That can be a staffing issue as well which is understandable. If communicated that housekeeping was every other day that would have been fine as all the front desk associates were kind and attentive(gave us new towels, washcloths, bathmats,etc..). Will definitely be back.
