leicht enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war dürftig. Plastik-Obst, selbst auf Nachfrage kein Kakau und Kaffee nur aus der Thermoskanne. Das morgens anwesende Personal sprach kaum Deutsch und war einer gängigen Fremdsprache nicht mächtig.

Cons:

Wie gesagt vor allem das Frühstück und die Sprachkenntnisse der morgendlichen Mitarbeiter.

Das Frühstück war gut, Hafermilch gab es auf Anfrage auch.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren Spinnengewebe im Fensterbereich und über dem Fernseher. Im Bad funktionierte der Lüfter nicht.

Das Frühstück war besser, als bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt dort vor ca. 3 Jahren. Und ein Parkplatz lässt sich i.d.R. leicht finden

Cons:

Der Heizkörper ließ sich nicht abstellen und es war viel zu warm im Zimmer - ich habe das Problem mit dem Ventil dann behoben. Analog gilt das auch für die nach unten rutschende Brausestange im Bad. D.h., der Zimmerservice ignoriert offenbar solche Probleme, anstatt sie zu melden.

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

War schon öfters da, Lage ideal vom Bahnhof Südkreuz aus. Hotel komfortabel und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück umfangreich und einer Meinung nach für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Da gab es bisher nix zu meckern.

Guter, klassischer Service und Sauberkeit
Pros:

Man hat auf guten Service am Gast geachtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber. Das Buffet war super und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Mir persönlich gefiel, dass die Handtücher und Bettwaren neu, sauber und täglich gewechselt wurden.
Ich werde definitiv wieder dort einchecken.
