부킹닷컴으로 예약했는데 문제가 조금있었습니다. 3명이 방문 예정이라 예약시 조식포함 메뉴라 예약을 했습니다. 현장에 방문해보니 그것은 2인 기준이라 1인을 추가 결제해야한다고 해서 추가 비용이 더 들었네요. 부킹닷컴으로 예약하는 사람들이 불편하지않기위해 개선했으면 좋겠습니다.

부킹닷컴에 예약한 방 사진에는 객실 내 욕조가 있는 것으로 확인되어 예약을 했음. 하지만 체크인 후 룸에 들어가니 욕조는 없는 상태였음. 데스크에 문의 했으나 뜬금없이 욕조있는 객실은 추가요금을 지불해야하며, 해당 내용은 예약사이트에서 옵션선택이 있다고 안내함. 호텔 측에서 일반적인 방식으로 응대를 하고 먼저 고객이 어떤 정보를 보고 예약을 했는지 확인도 하지 않고 답변을 하였으며, 고객이 시간을 들여서 재차 사이트를 확인하여 해당 내용이 없음을 다시 설명을 하니 룸을 바꿔줌. 예약정보를 추제적으로 관리해야 할 호텔 측에서 고객에게 정보를 다시 확인하게 하여 늦은저녁 피곤한 상태임에도 불구하고 30분 이상 제대로 휴식을 취하지 못한 상태로 사실관계를 확인하게 하는 응대는 5성급 호텔 응대로는 부족함.
