Cadar mcm gatal2 ..bilik trlalu kecik rapat trus bilik air..sbg tmpt tido utk custumer spatut ruang x d kongsi dgn mesin2 mendobi..ini mnganggu privasi custumer bilik..tempat bilik dah mcm setinggan..mngenai byran dah lah mahal utk bilik seperti reban ayam..jika nk mintak bilik d bwh kene tambah 16rm..boking online dah 74rm d tmbh nk bilik bwh x nk naik tangga d cas 16rm..blom d kira deposit d tolak 10rm dr deposit 50rm..d pulang 40rm..alasan boking hotel tu boking online..mmg truk sgt..luar hotel pun dh mcm setinggan

Tandas kotor bilik kotor! Ada extra charge RM10 sbb order online! Penipu ckp private bathroom tapi toilet berkongsi dkt luar. Cadar kotor. Deposit taknak bagi terus kena transfer pula. Towel tak disediakan. Bilik busuk bau rokok. Bilik mcm rumah pelacur. Menakutkan. Nak cancel tak bagi terus tekan check in even belum check in!

Towel tak ada,sabun tak ada,tandas tak bersih,bad hotel.harga saja mahal.

The owner take my deposit and didn't repay back with the correct amount. He says "hidden charge" after the checkout. Didn't even mention before I enter the hotel. Even though I've booking with app.

dekatt detail,, private bathroom,, sedangkan takk private pun,, sharing bathroom.. pastu kena bayar rm10 untukk apa jugakk?? kuncii hilang ke??

Very small. No mirror and the private toilet is not even toilet. Just a bathroom 😂 not recommended okk, not even worth my 65rm 😂

it's not two big beds like I asked, it's only one big and one small. That was pretty much a shock
I arrived at night like 9 pm yet they weren't ready and they wanted me to go dinner first, like whaaaaaat
I had to pay 11 rm extra and there was no reason what's is that for although I paid full online

As i was so desperate to get accomodation i had booked it even notice the red scale reviews and when spent time to read all those bad reviews after check out i can say that the management didnt do anything to improve it since the feedback was from last 2years....they just reply it without action!
I will summarize it here;

1) They ask rm50 deposit and returned back thru online banking only rm40 and i called pic why? They didnt mention it here and when i called pic said they already told OYO about it but OYO doesnt want to put it means HIDDEN CHARGE as was told by other customer. He also mention they put the notice at the premise but how about for those book online.
They should inform this thru this platform.

2) I have book online and when arrived nobody was there....only vending mc & the instruction how to pay and since i booked on9 i have to pay deposit thru that mc and a few mins later a guy came down and he gave me the key & ask for rm50 deposit w/o mention about the extra charges.

3) The room advertised attached with shower but actually not.

4) No soap & towel

5) Torn bedsheet

My advise to the management & booking.com as well just put the real price....in my case it was advertise rm45 and then for the final it was rm54 but rm45 still there and plus with the additional rm10 the total was rm64 for the small space room with outside bathroom.
It was too pricey with the facilities such it.
One more thing the room door is so easy for someone to break in.
I didnt expect to get much with that price but i have experience paying rm50-rm60 with i satisfied it....worth with the value and they have sturdy and security door.

Hope management take note and improve it to sustain in the business.
