The location to the sea. Carlos is an absolute charm and yhe restaurant staff are very friendly. Restaurant food was quite good althouh slightly pricey compared to in the village!
The place is in bad need of maintenance and care. Much of what was once there is not if you compare previous years pictures in their ads, like deck out front the restaurant, the covered deck on top restaurant. The beach was basicslly non accessible without precariously climbing over the wood and garbage on the beach in front of the property. Maybe that's why it is for sale for a ridiculous $950,000!
