Reserve una habitación con antelación, incluso la seleccione desde la plataforma, veníamos bajando de la baja razón por la cual llegamos tarde al hotel (8pm) pero fueron nuestra habitación, ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de cambiar la tarjeta de bienvenida del gerente a la habitación que me dieron (tenía otro apellido).

Me dieron una habitación prácticamente en la calle, justo detrás de la recepción, las ventanas no son a prueba de sonido y teníamos una fiesta del malecón en la habitación.

Informé mi inconformidad a lo que se me dijo que no había nada que pudieran hacer por la hora, que al otro día en la mañana me podrían ver si me cambiaban de habitación.

No hubo seguimiento, no hubo empatía por el staff y por supuesto que no hubo ajuste en la tarifa a pesar que la música duró hasta pasadas las 2 am.

Mal sabor de boca, mala experiencia y me pesa por que era mi habitual visitando La Paz.

The spa service was very disappointing. The amenities are in poor condition, with peeling paint on the walls that creates an unappealing and low-standard impression for the hotel. The space itself feels cramped and poorly maintained. There were no staff at the time, and towels were not available.

Additionally, we were assigned a room located directly above the kitchen, which resulted in constant noise and strong food odors, significantly affecting our comfort

Our shower had no hot water, so was unusable and for $360 a night we expect to be able to take a nice warm shower. Cold is not acceptable.

We looked up the property because we assumed it must have been somewhat old or historic based on the condition of our room… nope, it was built less than a decade ago. It’s definitely in need of some upkeep and repairs, and the bathroom especially didn’t seem like it had been cleaned or maintained in awhile. It didn’t feel worth the price.

The only real downside is the pool. It stays in the shade for most of the day, which makes it difficult to enjoy sunbathing, and the water was surprisingly cold, so it was not very inviting for swimming.

A bit more maintenance would help bring the hotel up to the level you pay for. Also, the coffee and juices can be better.

I think the property its a bit neglected. The towels, both in the room and at the pool, were old and damaged. The aspect of the room and everything inside it didnt correspond to what I payed. Overall, it's overpriced for what they offer.

Housekeeping was not helpful and did not do a good job.

Our first room didn’t have hot water in the shower and the bathroom outlet didn’t work. The fix was to run an extension cord from the bedroom to the bathroom for the outlet. That hotel is entirely too expensive to be stumbling over extension cords in your room.

They also didn’t have washcloths. Housekeeping swore there weren’t any in the hotel but the room they switched us to had them. The drinking water provided in the room wasn’t replenished and two items from the snack bar were added to our tab although we didn’t take them. (Front desk removed them when we questioned the charges. Again, the front desk staff was helpful.)
