Check in not so pleasant, room was great!
Pros:

We enjoyed the layout of the room. It was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately upon checking in, the computer system was down throughout Hilton properties. This was the second time this has happened to me while checking in to a Hilton hotel. I think I deserve some extra Hilton Honor Points!

Cons:

Not being able to check in when I arrived. The staff guaranteed that we had a room but didn't know which one. It was 2-3 hours before we were notified that the room was ready.

My room had no hair dryer. Power outlets were not working in vanity had to fo my hair in kitchen. Stive was not turning on.

Cons:

Sofá bed was extremely thin and very uncomfortable, tv remote did not work and kept having issues logging in streaming services, hotel phone did not work for me to call room service.

Ab dem 2. Tag ging die Klimaanlage nicht mehr, das Putzpersonal hat unsere gebrauchten Handtücher mitgenommen, aber keine Neuen mehr da gelassen. Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleich. Butter gab's es an keinem Tag, Saft ist auch immer weniger geworden.
