A very special thank you to Michelle, who handled both our check-in and check-out. She was phenomenal and truly made our stay unforgettable. She took the time every single day to carefully recommend local hidden gem spots for us to visit, making sure we experienced the best of Osaka beyond the typical tourist places. Her patience, dedication, and genuine care made us feel incredibly special throughout our stay.

Relaxing Detox Massage with Tomoko

I had the 60-minute detox massage with Tomoko and it was absolutely amazing. She made the entire experience so relaxing and comfortable from start to finish. Her techniques were very professional, and you can really tell she’s highly skilled and experienced. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend booking with Tomoko if you’re looking for a truly relaxing and therapeutic massage experience!

A fantastic stay at W Osaka

A thank you to two staff at the W Osaka

I would like to take the opportunity to both commend and to thank two of the staff at the W Osaka (Japan).

Ms Songui Seo (Welcome Experience Agent) and Mr Maurizio Roberti (W Insider) were incredibly helpful and kind to us during our stay between May 15 and May 17.

Ms Songui Seo in particular took care of a significant number of requests and always directed us or advised us with the utmost professionalism and always with a smile.

I am not entirely sure how Trip Advisor Reviews work but it is my opinion is that the hotel should praise both Mr Roberti and Ms Seo for their work and I would like to thank them. The W is lucky to have such wonderful staff in Osaka.
