Todo perfecto, el personal es muy amable y atento
La habitación estaba impecable, la cama es muy cómoda y las vistas de la ciudad son perfectas.
Muy bien ubicado, cerca hay muchos comercios, acceso al metro, se llega caminando a la zona turística Dotonbori.

誕生日とお伝えしたら誕生日用のアメニティを頂けました！
また、高級ホテルなだけあって清潔感はもちろんのこと部屋の雰囲気、大阪であの高さの景色が見れる優越感は凄かったです。部屋で使用できるものやジム、プールなどもとても充実していました。
