Pros:

部屋が広く清潔。
トイレとお風呂がわかれているのもよい。
やや駅からは遠いが静かに過ごせた。

Cons:

喫煙所がエントランス付近に設置されていて、回避できる導線がなかった。
チェックイン時にビデオ通話をするが、周りがうるさくてもお構いなしに話を進められてしまった。非対面が売りなのかもしれないが、こちらは顔出しあり、ホテル側は顔出しなしでちょっと印象は良くない。

Pros:

1) Able to accommodate to 3 adults and 2 children with the beds provided.

2) Able to use the washing machine to wash clothes and use the heater in the bathroom to quickly dry up the clothes before the next morning.

3) Location wise was about 10 to 15mins walk to Hakata JR station but also ~20mins walk to Canal City. Not too bad for the price we are paying for 5D4N in Fukuoka.

Cons:

1) All the dirts can be found underneath the sofas left from previous occupants. I am surprised especially when I thought the streets of Japan was clean but how can the hotels be this manner.

2) No additional trash bags were provided, no housekeeping provided.

Pros:

きれいだった。コンセントもたくさん。夜に洗濯をしたが、お風呂場の乾燥モードで朝にはきちんと乾いていた。

Cons:

洗濯することを考えるとハンガーがもう少しあると嬉しい。

整體的感覺挺棒的，房間都打掃得很乾淨、且有對外窗。入住期間沒有聽到什麼聲音睡得挺好的，但有個小問題是可能房間很溫暖，所以提供的被子很薄，不影響保暖程度，只是沒有厚被子的體驗很特別
Pros:

入住系統很方便，很特別！
住宿地點方便，走路就可以搭公車去任何地方！
環境也很安靜，幾乎聽不到什麼噪音

Cons:

由於居住較多天，沒辦法提供多餘的衣架，比較可惜⋯

Pros:

Location: It’s about a 12–15 minute walk from Hakata, which is a main tourist area, so that’s not an issue.
For getting to Tenjin, I usually took the bus.

Overall, the hotel is quite clean and modern.
