Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt hin, nur über die Straße und schon vorm Germanischen National Museum, U Bahn Station vor dem Haus. Parkplatz ok.

Cons:

Für mich war das gebotene Frühstück den Preis nicht wert, ich glaube das einzige Hotel in Bayern wo es morgens kein Laugengebäck gibt, geschweige Weiswurst oder vergleichbare Schmankerl.
Bei uns gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser der Dusche, dies wurde am 2. Tag aber behoben vom Rezeption Mitarbeiter.

Gutes Hotel mit wenigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt zu Fuß überall hin und der Bahnhof ist nur 10min entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Ein Rezeptionist war nicht ganz so freundlich und die Bettwäsche war nicht atmungsaktiv. Da das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, war es natürlich immer ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück hätte vielfältiger sein können.

Pros:

Mimořádně bohatá snídaně a geniální poloha hotelu, na havní příjezdové cestě/ žádné bloudění autem v malých uličkách/, hned za hradbami, takže podchodem z hotelu člověk přešel rovnou do historického centra, u hotelu metro a o kousek dál hlavní nádraží...skvělé k návštěvě Norimberku

The hotel is nice, but the male front desk staff is terrible
Cons:

During my 20-day trip in Germany, this is the first time I have encountered such an extremely rude person. What’s even more unacceptable is that he is a hotel front desk employee, which is totally unimaginable.

The staff member I am talking about is a chubby, gray-haired man with an earring. I only asked him some basic and simple questions, but he treated me as if I were an idiot and was very impolite and disrespectful.

After reading other guests’ reviews, I found that he only behaves this rudely toward Asian guests. I strongly suspect that this is racial discrimination.

This terrible experience has completely ruined my stay. I hope the hotel will take this behavior seriously and investigate it properly.
