The staff was so incredible, friendly, and professional. Everyone from the front desk, concierge, and bellmen were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Paris. The hotel was clean with very good service. We needed things a couple times and they brought them to the room very quickly. Most of the staff speaks English (only time we had a challenge was in the evening when there was only 1 person at the front desk but we managed). Lovely room, not huge but well appointed with a lovely marble bathroom and our tiny balcony was so special. Made my daughter’s first trip to Paris one to remember! Walking distance to the grands magasins and the Louvre. Close to public transit too.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to. The only thing we didn’t like was the minimum charge of $50 per guest in the rooftop bar - even for residents. We would have liked to see it, but are not big drinkers.

We stay at the Kimpton St. Honoré everytime we stay in Paris….even when there is a different hotel included on a Viking cruise, as an example. The rooftop deck for drinks and finger food & overlooking the Eiffel Tower is spectacular! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, in the middle of everything and easy to get around. Basically we love it……and I’m very hard to please….

Value did not represent what you pay for, room wasn’t clean. Fond previous client’s items. Towel warmer rack did not work. Around the toilet floor wasn’t cleaned.
