Fiz uma reserva no motel FANTASY 5 do dia 13/12 até o dia 15/12. Dia 13 às 20:00 cheguei no endereço do MOTEL FANTASY 5 ( Av. Portugal, 3413 - Santa Amélia, Belo Horizonte - MG, 31560-000) e uma das duas funcionárias me informou que o local estava sem luz devido fortes chuvas em BELO HORIZONTE (MG) e que não foi comunicada pela sua gerência sobre nenhuma reserva para aquela data. Disse que não tinha lugar para ficar e que a reserva já estava paga a mais de 48 horas. Mostrei as confirmações através de e-mails e página do booking. A mesma me passou o endereço do MOTEL FANTASY 1 ( Av. Portugal, 2515 - Santa Amélia, Belo Horizonte - MG, 31555-000) e pediu para procurar a gerente de lá ou qualquer outra pessoa que pudesse me ajudar pois lá havia luz. Paguei outro uber para o novo endereço e assim como no FANTASY 5 , no FANTASY 1 nenhuma das funcionárias sabiam me auxiliar, disseram que o local estava cheio, mostrei a reserva confirmada e paga. Disseram que não sabiam cadastrar e nem validar reservas feitas pelo BOOKING como diária pois lá era um motel. Depois de muito esperar, foi entregue uma chave da suíte 27, com a promessa de ser liberada em minutos pois a mesma estava sendo limpa. Fui liberada para ir para a suíte e ainda estava sendo limpa. Quando a funcionária se retirou a suíte ainda estava suja. Cabelos espalhados pelo chão e pelo banheiro, mesmo reservando duas diárias não havia nem cobertor no quarto, ralos do banheiro e do box com lodo preto. Não tinha para onde ir, já eram mais de 21 horas e não conhecia ninguém na cidade, então fiquei naquela situação até às 09:50 do dia seguinte, quando fiz o check out. A recepcionista disse que não tinha como me ressarcir da diária do dia 14 até o 15 e pediu para eu entrar em contato com booking.
