Beautiful room. Very friendly staff at front desk. Clean and comfortable. The call center lady went out of her way to get us a good price. Our one complaint is that at breakfast the waffles were raw inside. Other guests had the same complaint. I would recommend this place. Just double cook your waffles.

Would NEVER stay here again. The rug in my room was sticky and there was hair in the tub. It was too late when we checked in, so we dealt with it....we were tired, and were not going to make a big deal. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hampton Inn's we've stayed at, but again, it's a hotel, not expecting gourmet. We had a good night's rest and returned to the road to get the rest of our travel done. The stay wasn't great, but it was okay.
Later that day I realized I accidentally left a bag of clothing in the room (a family of 4's laundry from the day before).... I immediately called the hotel to see if the cleaning service brought it to lost and found. They did not. I was informed they thought it was garbage and threw it out. How anyone could assume that an overflowing bag of four people's laundry was garbage, is beyond me. We had some expensive clothing in the bag, so I offered to drive back to the hotel to literally LOOK THROUGH THE GARBAGE and find it.....but they told me (shockingly), the garbage was all gone (or was it?). How. Convenient. Again, my fault for leaving it and a very costly lesson learned.....but it shouldn't have been thrown in the garbage. I would think personal affects would be kept for at least 24 hours to be claimed! The manager was incredibly apologetic at the time....told me he'd give me points for the lost clothing, but that was just a lie. It's over a month later and never got those points. Every time I called to see the status, he gave me the run-around and another excuse. I'm not giving up on Hampton Inn....but this location won't be visited again.
Staff was great. The only issue was the loose hair on bathroom floor. Everything else was great.
I found some things in my room that was missed during the last cleaning of the room.
Also, bathroom shower had hair in there from the previous guest.
This young lady went above and beyond in treating us like true Diamond members and we are so thankful for Nadiesha’s professionalism. Hilton’s online booking had made a mistake in our room type and she scrambled to find us a solution. Our fears were overcome in mere moments as Nadiesha made sure we would be happy with the room she secured for us. And happy, we were! It was a roomy studio with an accessible bath tub and a wet bar at the door. What a wonderful (seemingly brand new) Hampton this is. It was clean and shiny, just spotless. The fitness room is very large, with a variety of machines and free weights. Breakfast is the usual Hampton spread, with Chobani yogurts. As a longtime Diamond member with over 600 Hilton nights, we of course go first to Hilton because of its well-known hospitality for guests. But Nadiesha takes this to a new level and sets the Hilton bar even higher.

Rooms were not very clean, including the sheets and pillows. Breakfast was great, but the room is not good.
Upon arrival tried to charge me more than quoted. Hearing imparied room did not work. Only alarm with no flashing light. That doesnt help someone deaf. Doors open after said doors were to be locked. One door to be locked was propped open with a rock to keep it open. Plenty of times no one at front desk. I didnt feel safe staying there. I will not be back.
