DONT STOP HERE.
Pros:

I didnt like a single thing.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke. The sink smelled foul, and the bathroom door had holes in it. Not to mention the bed sheets were filthy. To charge $400 for 5 nights in that ran down motel is highway robbery. I want a refund.

We didn't stay.
Cons:

We had to cancel this reservation after we checked in because the room was disgusting. There was food and wrappers under the pull out, buildup on all fixtures and switches, and the bed was unclean (possible bed bugs?).

Pros:

The staff, room and facilities were excellent!! Clean, comfortable, nice continental breakfast, plenty of parking. Air conditioner worked AMAZING!!

Cons:

Some of the other guests were involved in illegal smoking activities. Some of the guests were trying to panhandle. There's only so much the owners can do as some people do not care about police presence.

Is a good price and are not so bad of rooms.
Pros:

Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints really. We stay here every time we visit.

Cons:

The breakfast has a couple things that is bad. The cheese omelets are not tasty at all. There is no butter, just cream cheese and again, no sugar-free syrup for diabetic people to have waffles.

Leaving after feeling trapped and held hostage

Terrible stay, no cancellation policy, if there was i would have left, when i arrived the room was filthy, I immediacy went to reception to change my room and found a couple ahead of me doing the same, the staff could not care less and suggested the cleaners were new "they are trying"??? I said if you bought a car from me and you turned up tp drive it away and it had no wheels and i said im trying, would you be happy? they didn’t like this comment. The rooms are purposely dimly lit to hide a MASS of stains and dirt. I was moving rooms and the cleaners arrived, they kind of shrugged like there was no issue until i turned on the light on my phone and showed them stains on the walls, worktops, floor, doors, bathroom, bedding and dirt and grime all over the place, cobwebs in the corner of the room that had been there so long they had dust on them - the room wasn’t bad it was disgusting - I would not let a dog sleep how i was forced to - i slept fully clothed on top of the covers - when i went to have shower the actual shower handle came off in my hand, it was not fixed properly, had broken years ago and was covered in limescale - this room was not a hotel room, the last room was not a hotel room - it was a make shi9ft dirty shanty hell hole.
