The rooms were modern and up to date, very clean. The staff was nice. Great location

Cons:

The valet parking was so backed up and crowded. They didn’t have enough staff to get the cars. I had to walk and get my own car or I would’ve waited 30 minutes to an hr

Way to much money for something that felt like a holiday inn
Pros:

There was no breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was closed (not listed on site that we saw) The girls up front never had an answer to things always had to call other people to find the answer to things. Went to get snacks at the lobby restaurant area but there were people there with no shoes on and had their feet propped on the table. There is no parking there. And we tried parking in the parking garage across the street but homeless were all over so we were forced to pay for parking at the hotel cost a total of $50 for one night just to park my car! The room was not clean marks and nasties on the bathroom wall with holes in the wall paper. The curtains for the window were broke a screw fell out and was in my daughters bed she woke up to it poking her. The gym was very small there was 3 of us in there and there was not enough room.
