Pros:

Tolle Lage. Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Probleme bei der Ankunft. Letztlich wurde ein "No show" verrechnet, obwohl die Buchung korrekt und rechtzeitig via Booking.com geändert wurde. Nachträglicher Email-Kontakt zum Hotel äusserst mühsam!
Das Zimmer wurde während dem ganzen Aufenthalt (3 Tage) nie gereinigt! Kaffe wurde nicht aufgefüllt und Tücher nicht gewechselt.

The hotel was fine, I just wouldn’t go to Memphis again
Pros:

Clean, staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

Every night was extremely noisy outside. Not the hotels fault but could do with some better sound insulation

Great location
Pros:

Only stayed a night, but the location was perfect, walking distance to Beale street area with a bunch of shops and food. Like two blocks away was an amazing restaurant called Blues City Cafe. It was recommended by hotel staff and it didn't disappoint.
