Schönes zentrales Hotel, Zimmer war groß, tolle Dusche und sehr gute Handtücher
Leider wurde das Zimmer vom Housekeeping nicht gereinigt, am Abend haben wir uns noch frische Handtücher organisiert, haben das an der Rezeption vorgebracht und es wurde uns als entgegenkommen die Parkgebühr erlassen, das war sehr nett und aufmerksam
Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Zimmers.
Der Service beim Frühstück dauert extrem lange.
Es wurde zweimal versucht, die Debitkarte zu belasten, obwohl das Zimmer bereits bezahlt wurde. Keine Stellungnahme, obwohl ich zweimal geschrieben habe. Auch Booking.com hat leider nicht auf meine Nachricht reagiert. Sie hatten die Chance, sich zu melden und die Sache zu klären. Daher sehr enttäuschend.
I didn't really like the way the room was setup. I got a king size bed water view I liked the view but the bed was not that comfortable and the pillows were too soft. The bathroom everything was separate the toilet had its own room the sink was in an open area then the shower was separate. So when you stepped out of the shower your directly in the open.
The location was great and in great walking distance of everything.

Great location, convenient for restaurants and bars and sightseeing.The hotel had an excellent bar which offered a nice selection of food.
Our selected room was not available at check in. However the receptionist upgraded our room at no additional cost.

Lovely ,clean well looked after hotel .Nice bar area .Shame about them keeping guests money.
Be aware.They took $75 a night bond on first day of our 4 night stay .They are supposed to release it on leaving however after requesting it over and over it was never released back to us .I have waited 30 days for the bank to cancel the payment to get my money back.
The location was perfect. Close to Beale Street but away from the crowd. Loved the rooftop bar with beautiful view of the river and downtown Memphis
