There was no breakfast.
The pool was closed (not listed on site that we saw) The girls up front never had an answer to things always had to call other people to find the answer to things. Went to get snacks at the lobby restaurant area but there were people there with no shoes on and had their feet propped on the table. There is no parking there. And we tried parking in the parking garage across the street but homeless were all over so we were forced to pay for parking at the hotel cost a total of $50 for one night just to park my car! The room was not clean marks and nasties on the bathroom wall with holes in the wall paper. The curtains for the window were broke a screw fell out and was in my daughters bed she woke up to it poking her. The gym was very small there was 3 of us in there and there was not enough room.

The Location and the look of the suite.
The suite wasn't ready at check-in time. It took hours for the room to be ready. We were offered a room to get dressed after we accepted the room, we were told there wasn't a room available and that they can store our luggage until the suite was ready. Luckily, we live in town, so we returned home to get dressed for our reservations and the suite still wasn't ready, spoke to the manager he offered us compensation for the inconvenience and a call to let us know when our room was ready. We never received a call and around 9pm we went to the hotel for one last attempt and the suite was ready. When we went into the suite it appeared to be clean, but when we opened the bathroom door it smelled as if someone had been smoking weed and the smoke detector was covered with a napkin or something. It was reported to the front desk (we even showed them a picture of the covered smoke detector) they assured us that housekeeping would come immediately to fix the issue, housekeeping never came. At checkout I was told I would receive my invoice via email, and it never came. Been waiting 3 days for the email, called this morning and had to leave a message for someone to call me back regarding my invoice and the small compensation I was promised because looking at my credit card statement, I was charged the total amount.
