Geweldige locatie; je loopt zo naar Beale Street. Uitstekende faciliteiten. A-la-carte ontbijt was heerlijk! Ook de service van Jabbar (receptie) is benoemenswaardig.

Cons:

We hadden via booking.com een kamer met Kingsize bed geboekt voor 3 personen. Ik was er vanuit gegaan dat er dan een extra bed zou worden geplaatst of dat er een slaapbank was. Dit was niet het geval. Na het zien van de kamer hebben we hierover gebeld met de receptie. De dame zei dat er een extra bed zou worden geplaatst, dus zijn wij naar het zwembad gegaan. Toen we gingen controleren of dit was gedaan, bleek dit niet mogelijk te zijn in die kamer en moesten we een upgrade krijgen. Gelukkig niet tegen betaling. Deze kamer was perfect. We hadden via booking.com ook ontbijt bijgeboekt. Bij het uitchecken werd ons wijs gemaakt dat dit tot 80 dollar was en we de rest moesten bijbetalen. Uiteindelijk werd bevestigd dat dit niet goed gecommuniceerd was en het bedrag daarom kwam te vervallen. Later zag ik wel dat het volledige bedrag van het ontbijt alsnog belast was op mijn creditcard. Na hierover een mail te hebben gestuurd, heeft Jabbar ons geholpen en de betaling ingetrokken.

Location and the staff was AWESOME

Cons:

Only 2 things.
1. Valet parking was too expensive however the attendants were very nice
2. A meal I got from Cimas was horrible(Shrimp and grits)

Worst experience that I have had at any hotel

Nothing you had to pay for everything

Cons:

It was a horrible experience. It was the 4th of july weekend and it was problems everywhere. You couldn't park people was coming into the hotel who wasn't guest of the hotel to view the fireworks display from the upstairs balcony. You couldn't use valet when you needed too because people were parking at the hotel to view the fireworks they had a woman trying to sneak liquor into the pool party that was being thrown at the hotel . I couldn't get the room that I booked due to them giving the room to someone else . But I still paid the full charge for the a lesser room because of it being a holiday weekend .
