2 adults, a couple stayed in a room with 2 full size beds and kiddie(daycare) furniture.
Pros:

I liked the location it was right it the middle of all the attractions. I'm only giving the low score to the Hyatt because I was terribly dissatisfied with the downgraded room and no one notified me. But apparently booking.com was to blame for that.

Cons:

I found out via the staff that my room was downgraded because they were overbooked, and no one told me including booking.com. If this is standard practice I am very dissatisfied with the service booking.com offered. My room was supposed to have 2 queen beds and it was 2 full size beds and kiddie furniture, besides the fact it was the size of a broom closet for that price! Plus there was no microwave in the room, I had t go to the lobby just to warm up my food....

Good stay, friendly staff!
Pros:

There was plenty to do on site. The pool and rooftop bar were very nice. The food was great at the restaurant.
Keisha is a phenomenal employee! Loved getting to know her and was very helpful!

Pros:

The staff. Very accommodating and friendly . The room was a decent size with a separate toilet . Close to Beale St. Lots of channels on the tv when you're chilling.

Cons:

No barista coffee. Not a biggie but pays to mention. Would not stop us from staying again.

Vista al río Mississippi impresionante!

Muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones limpias.

Cons:

En el proceso de check in no explicaron con claridad el procedimiento para el desayuno que incluí en la reserva. Si excedía un monto debía pagar el excedente y en el proceso de reserva no se aclaraba ni lo explicaron al momento del check in.

All of the staff were very welcoming.
Pros:

The location was great just a few blocks from all the action on Beale Street! The manager Patrice was awesome and the valet staff were great!

Cons:

The only problem was our room at first. It looked like someone was in there already. The manager Patrice fixed everything for us. She was very pleasant and made sure we were good the whole weekend!
