Modernes Ambiente, gute Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, nettes Personal und gute Lage.
Pros:

Habe ich nicht genutzt, der Cappuccino war aber sehr lecker.

Cons:

Im Bad hätte ich mir ein paar Accessoires mehr gewünscht, wie z.B. Vergrößerungsspiegel und Zahnputzbecher

Great location, no air con on hot days is a problem because windows don’t open properly!
Pros:

Location was great and close to lots of food options, bus stops and short walk to nearest u Bahn station.

Cons:

No air-con during heat wave and cannot open windows properly. Looks like a design fault of not putting balustrades across windows to allow proper ventilation of room without providing mechanical ventilation.

4 people in apartment over night, temperatures during the day over 30° and no airflow was really uncomfortable. Staff didn‘t let us know until next day they could unlock windows if we sign waiver form - which is not ideal with young children.

Cons:

Klimabedingt war es ohne Klimaanlage noch etwas WARM im Zimmer, da man leider das große Fenster nicht ganz öffnen kann, kommt auch zu wenig Frischluft herein!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage auf der Sonnenseite. Da es so heiß an dem Wochenende war, war es schon ab dem frühen Morgen nicht auszuhalten dort, da es keine Klimaanlage gab und auch ein Ventilator hat nichts gebracht. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im EG ohne Aufpreis zum Innenhof hin gegeben, wo es viel besser war.

Cons:

Im Sommer bei höheren Temperaturen braucht man unbedingt eine Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Gute Lage an der Alster. Das Personal war sehr nett und mega hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der großen Hitze wurden die Fenster entriegelt und Ventilatoren bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Eine AC oder zumindest eine Lüftung in dem Haus würde es doch noch etwas angenehmer machen.
