Categories

Cleanliness
9.9
Multiple guests explicitly mention the rooms are very clean; housekeeping cited as reliable (cleaning once a week or on demand).
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful — assisted with room changes, provided fans and unlocked windows when possible; many guests praised the team and repeat visits.
Location
10
Consistently praised: great central neighbourhood, close to food options, public transport (U‑Bahn, buses) and the Alster; frequent positive mentions of the location.
Room Quality
7.5
Several complaints about room comfort in hot weather — no air conditioning, windows cannot be opened fully (ventilation/design fault) and rooms on the sunny side get very hot.
Amenities
7
Lack of on-site AC/central ventilation is a repeated negative; occasional provision of standing fans and limited bathroom accessories noted; parking available but must be reserved and for a fee.
Value for Money
9.7
Mixed comments but overall seen as reasonable: several guests call it good value for money and affordable for the city, though a few felt price didn’t match room size or service level.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Few mentions but positive — cappuccino specifically praised and nearby cafés available; limited in-hotel F&B commentary but quality when mentioned is good.
Overall Experience
9.7
Generally very positive overall: comfortable stays, repeat visitors, friendly staff and excellent location; main drawback is summer heat due to absent AC which affected some stays.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Modernes Konzept, einfaches Einchecken, es gibt alles , was man braucht und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir habe nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, weil wir den Preis für überzogen hielten. Wenn man morgens nur ein kleines Frühstück zu sich nehmen möchte, geht man besser in eine Bäckerei. Schade.
