Sauber und für Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis super! Direkt bei der Straßenbahn und Bus- Station gelegen. Ein Hotel - das gut zum Übernachten ist.

Pros:

Ein komplett neues renoviertes Zimmer. Hut ab, sehr schön gestaltet!

Cons:

Das Warmwasser hat die letzten 2 Tage gefehlt.
Und die Wärme des Zimmers ließ sich nicht einstellen, sodass das Zimmer latent kühl war.
Vermutlich durch die Bauarbeiten im Hotel???
Die Rezeptionistin hat ihr Bestes für eine Lösung gegeben.

Gute Lage und nettes Personal

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht gelüftet, Toilette roch ebenfalls noch etwas moderig. Nachem ich dann 30min gelüftet hatte, war es etwas besser.

Unfortunately, our stay at B&B Hotel Freiburg-Süd was very disappointing.

The most serious issues were the lack of hot water (both at the sink and in the shower) and insufficient heating in the room. The only heating option was air conditioning, which was not able to properly warm the room. These are basic and essential services that should be guaranteed in any accommodation.

I would like to mention that the receptionist was polite and tried to help us by offering an alternative room. However, after checking the second room, we found the same problems there as well, so there was no real solution available.

Additionally, there were hygiene and maintenance issues, such as mold in the bathroom, damaged beds with peeled edges, and a dirty carpet in several areas.

My wife is pregnant, which made the lack of hot water and proper heating especially concerning.

Overall, this stay did not meet basic accommodation standards, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.
