Great value in a great location
Pros:

Very convenient location in a lively, multicultural neighborhood. Great food spots nearby (esp. Turkish and Middle Eastern, but also traditional Bavarian pubs). U-bahn station just a minute or two walk away and a short ride or walk to the Hauptbahnhof. Apartment was super clean and stocked with everything you need. Well-equipped gym and free laundry on site, too.

Good facilities but it can be very noisy.
Pros:

The hotel itself is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, there's a laundry with washing machines and dryers. The bar is open from mid afternoon and there's a large sunny courtyard to sit in for breakfast and during the day.

Cons:

There was an event at the hotel that started mid morning and ran through well into the night, and it was so noisy that even with our doors and windows closed it was still too noisy in our room.

Great location, stylish interior, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.

Alles gut!

Cons:

Fenster öffnen konnte man, aber da unser Zimmer in der ersten Etage zur Straße lag, war es sehr laut. Besser Zimmer oben nehmen oder zum Innenhof.

Cons:

The room was very noisy from the street. There is no AC so with the windows open it was very noisy. Also the thick vanilla scent as you enter the lobby is a bit offensive.

en käyttänyt aamiaispalvelua. nykyaikainen sisustus. hotellin sijainti lähellä metroa. hyvä sänky. paljon tv-kanavia. keittiön koko ja varustus mm. mikro, tilava jääkaappi ja tiskikone. hyvä suihkutila. pyyhekuivainteline. viileä ilma huoneessa. rauhallinen hotelli. nuorison äänekkäät bileet ilmoitettiin etukäteen niiden kesto ja ne loppuivat maltilliseen aikaan. Suomi voitti mestaruuden jääkiekossa, ottelua oli mukava ja jännä seurata.

Cons:

parveke oli mallia ranskalainen. olisin pitänyt enemmän oikesta parvekkeesta, jossa pöytä ja tuolit. keittiön paistinpannu ei ollut yhteensopiva induktio-lieden kanssa.
