Perfect home in Munich
Pros:

I loved pretty much everything : location close to centre and station, cozy flat very well decorated, good facilities like gym, great coffee, reasonable prices but the very highlight here is the staff:: helpful, kind, flexible, switched-on. Honestly a far cry compared to most similar serviced-hotels I stayed in across Germany. Special mention for Tania, Dania and Mila who are a pleasure to see every morning before I go out.

okay, aber würde nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

zu viele Ausländer in der Umgebung. Habe mich unsicher gefühlt. Und sehr viel Dreck.

Cons:

kein Tisch mit Stühlen im "Appartment". Platz wäre dafür gewesen. Nur ein runder Tisch und eine Eck-Couch, die für den Tisch zu niedrig ist.....

Good vale for Money, good facilities, need to be cautious on location

Schönes, kleines Zimmer aber stinkend

Es war sauber

Cons:

Das Zimmer, sowie die Bettwäsche haben sehr stark nach frittiertes Essen gerochen. Wir haben viel gelüftet, und Parfum benutzt,aber das Geruch war da. Es gab nur Frühstück Geschirr. Keine Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches um Kaffe zu vorbereiten. Das Zimmer war auch tagsüber ziemlich dunkel, aber weil die Farben des Zimmers dunkel sind. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur eine könnte deutsch sprechen, der Rest nur Englisch. Wir können kein Englisch und das war schon ein Problem. Warum muss ich Englisch sprechen, wenn ich in Deutschland lebe?

The location is amazing, easy access to the store, resturants or transportation. But the bed is a little too small. In general, we like the vibe and the good value.

Street had a lot of life; hotel had lovely decor.
Pros:

Location was perfect: u-bahn 2-3 minutes away, street lined with supermarket and shops, close to the altstadt of Munich. Street had a lot of life and ethnic sounds and smells. I enjoyed that. A couple of local gasthaus with good beer and decent enough food.
Room was perfect for my needs with a kitchenette that included a small washing machine and a dishwasher.
Staff were super. Open and friendly, helpful, and caring.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Some improvements needed with carpets in the corridors. But really, all good.

Great stay in Munich
Pros:

Great location in the middle of Munich, and at the same time very quiet. Very curtaous and professional staff. Tastefully decorated and great courtyard to relax in. Parking n he underground garage was also very convenient
