I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Blue Ridge, especially with their breakfast. It was simple yet surprisingly delicious—exactly what I needed to start my day. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and their maple sausage was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Flavorful, slightly sweet, and cooked just right!
While I really enjoyed my stay, one thing I didn’t love was the limited selection of cocktails and food at the bar. After such a great breakfast experience, I was hoping for more variety in their bar menu. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but having more options would definitely make the stay even better.
Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The room was beautiful and the view was great.
The mattresses were very, very firm and the hot water was inconsistent.

Daily room service would have been nice to have. Instead we had to go and get fresh towels/toilet paper and soaps. The hot water would run out. But then walk outside to get to your car and employees sitting on the bench by the MAIN entrance smoking. You're charging Premium Price and YOUR RECEIVING SUBSTANDARD ACCOMMODATION.
Breakfast was exceptional and the facilities were very clean. Location of hotel was perfect!
Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay. Huge disappointment.

The breakfast was better than expected, especially the biscuits!!!! Everything about our stay was better than expected. The bed was comfy, the room temp was easy to deal with, the location was perfect and the bonus was the rooftop bar/restaurant with live music while we were there. We have lived in Atlanta for years and this was our first time to explore Blue Ridge, which is a shame because it is a charming and fun little town!! We hiked on Sunday and went to Roo Mountain Vineyards afterwards! Perfect weekend!

The location was perfect, exactly where I wanted to be! The staff were amazing, very helpful. Breakfast was decent.
Nothing, everything was great the only thing that could use some help would be breakfast, it wasn’t the best.
We were there for 6 days/5 nights. NEVER, NOT ONCE did we get our room serviced. On day 1 I asked for additional towels [there were only 2 in the room] and I gave the housekeeper $20 asking her to kindly replenish towels daily - not service the room, just clean towels. It never happened
After 4 days/3 nights I requested that someone service the room at 11:15 am. There was not a housekeeping cart on the floor or I would have gone directly to the housekeeper. I had to ask the front desk who assured me that he would have the room serviced. Nothing dramatic, fresh towels, empty the trash, just freshen up. When we returned at 3:35 pm the $20 tip was still on the pillow, the bathroom floor was still littered with soiled towels and the trash can were still full. No one had bothered. Once again my husband took our soiled terry to the front desk to get fresh terry. UNBELIEVABLE!
The attention to housekeeping is just not there!
Additionally, the beds are uncomfortable. I doubt they are using Hilton branded mattresses or pillows. And the linen is scratchy and too short for the beds. Not something I expect at a Hilton brand.
The property is very convenient and quite lovely on the surface, but the rooms are not well maintained and the property is less than 1 year old. The shower floor is slippery [not cleaned well]. The laminate floors are not clean. I spilled water when I wiped it up the rag was filthy - I would not walk across the floors barefoot after I saw how dirty the floor was.

Clesn, everyone was so nice, the train is within a couple of minutes from the hotel, close to Resturant’s , stores, and boutiques for shopping.
