Short but sweet.
Pros:

Check in with Will was very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

The room had an odor to it when we first checked in. Smelled like food in the bedroom and something burning in the bathroom. First time we've encountered this here

Wonderful, relaxing stay right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge. Lots of very great restaurants to enjoy.

5 STAR PRICE FOR 1 STAR ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICE.

Close to downtown.

Cons:

Daily room service would have been nice to have. Instead we had to go and get fresh towels/toilet paper and soaps. The hot water would run out. But then walk outside to get to your car and employees sitting on the bench by the MAIN entrance smoking. You're charging Premium Price and YOUR RECEIVING SUBSTANDARD ACCOMMODATION.

The eggs were perfectly cooked, and their maple sausage was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Flavorful, slightly sweet, and cooked just right!

Cons:

While I really enjoyed my stay, one thing I didn’t love was the limited selection of cocktails and food at the bar. After such a great breakfast experience, I was hoping for more variety in their bar menu. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but having more options would definitely make the stay even better.

Location and breakfast was perfect. No room cleaning in the 2 nights we stayed there.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and the facilities were very clean. Location of hotel was perfect!

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay. Huge disappointment.
