Muy buen lugar a 10 mins del centro, en una locación muy tranquila. Amigable para mascotas y jardines minimalistas muy bonitos. Gran opción!! Sin duda regresaria.

hotel alejado del ruido y del caos del centro de la ciudad de san miguel. puedes ir y venir al centro facilmente. la atencion del personal fue muy buena. las habitaciones silenciosas. quizas solo recomendaria mejor cuidado de los muebles en la zona de alberca y que la misma contara con calefaccion.

Amazing hotel, great architecture, big rooms, everything was perfect.
I think the restaurant/bar could improve its service, it was slow, and the waiters looked angry.
I would come back, but won't use those facilities if possible.

Bien pero pueden mejorar sin lugar a dudas

Nosotros éramos 4 en la reserva y todos los días tuvimos que estar pidiendo una toalla extra porque en la habitación sólo ponían 3 de baño por alguna razón. La comida es a la Carta. El menú de la cena estaba muy interesante pero los sabores no estaban bien fusionados. No volvimos a comer ahí por lo mismo; adicional a que es bastante más caro que salir a otros restaurantes. Como sugerencia y como hace tanto viento en la ubicación quizás les convendría poner calefacción solar en la alberca para que la experiencia sea un poco más placentera. También estaría bien habilitar las llaves de acceso al estacionamiento y a la alberca para que en la noche se puedan usar dichos accesos si uno es huésped del hotel. Para llegar el navegador pide hacer una maniobra que no es sencilla y en general los demás conductores se enojan por tener que esperar. Quizás también les convendría negociar con el municipio para hacer una vuelta que permita incorporarse más fácilmente al acceso.

El personal muy atento las instalaciones muy limpias y muy buena ubicación si quieres estar lejos de el movimiento de la ciudad.
Lo único que no me gustó fue la atención al cliente y la razón fue que yo había pedido de un detalle para mi hijo que cumplía años les pedí un pequeño pastel o un la rebanada de pastel con una vela
Cuando hizo el pedido me contestaron que si que. Contará con eso y al llegar al hotel no estaba,
Estuve hospedado 4 noches y ningún día nadie de recepción se molestó en mencionar si todavía lo quería o disculparse por que lo habían olvidado
