Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms! Ruthie went out of her way to ensure that the check in process would proceed without a hitch!

Cons:

The kitchenette was not stocked with any items such as a small coffee maker, no utensils, plates, etc. I went to a nearby market and purchased paper plates and such and a small coffee maker!

Cons:

I was disappointed with my experience at WoodSpring Suites Bakersfield Airport. After checking out, I was charged an additional $10 because they claimed a washcloth was stained with makeup. Charging guests for normal wear from everyday toiletries feels excessive, especially when makeup stains are common and can often be treated during regular laundering.
Instead of treating guests with respect, they nickel-and-dime people over a basic housekeeping item. For $10, they lost a customer and earned a negative review. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the cost of doing business without trying to squeeze extra money out of their guests. I won't be staying here again.

Horrible stay
Pros:

The location area isn’t bad

Cons:

Started with false advertisement photos of the place, this location is dirty and smells like smoke/weed through out the facility all along the hall ways, the bed is hard and the pillow were flat it included a kitchenette but nothing was provided and nobody travels with kitchen utensils so theres no point in that
The iron I asked if used was burned didn’t work
The staff was never up front and when I did finally speak to someone there didn’t know how to even do their job
Bakersfield was my home town I was there for the weekend visiting and that was the biggest mistake I did was stay there it wasn’t suites it wasn’t enjoyable even to just sleep because that’s what I used it did
they have people living out of there that make it dirty and uncomfortable I might as well have stood at motel 6
Very disappointing and will never book there again.
