No es cuestión del hotel, pero hay gente que no respeta el descanso de los demás y los cuartos tienen la peculiaridad de que todo lo que pasa en los pasillos se escucha en los cuartos.

Que está lejos del ruido, es grande tiene buenas instalaciones y acepta mascotas

Cons:

Que la alberca es pequeña no tiene más que dos mesas con sombra y que en el desayuno no se pone cuidado con el sazón por ejemplo los chilaquiles la salsa era agua pintada de rojo o verde sin NADA de sabor.

Esta cerca de un centro comercial y no tan lejos del centro histórico

Cons:

Si aceptan una sugerencia, cuando hay mucha gente alojada, quizás organizarla el desayuno por turnos, ya que el espacio es chico y eso evitaría estar esperando en el lobby el turno.
Además me pareció que el personal de seguridad hace cosas que no le corresponde, como organizar el desayuno o ir a la habitación a reponer el shampoo, quizás por falta de personal.
Solo es una observación ya que nuestra estadía fue muy buena.
