If the AC works or they have mosquitos protection set on the widows at least it would be perfect

The Food was great the only one server/ bar tender was awesome.

Cons:

The AC was not working and they had no more rooms to move me into, the fee was still the same. We had no rest during the night

Buen lugar, muy pobre calidad de los huéspedes que no respetan el descanso de otros

La ubicación del Hotel me resulta muy conveniente
El tamaño de las habitaciones y su limpieza se aprecian

Cons:

Demasiado ruido de los huéspedes: niños con sus Papás jugando "carreritas" en los pasillo de las habitaciones desde muy temprano y a cualquier hora, y también vecinos de otras habitaciones en la madrugada llegan hablando fuerte/gritando, golpeando puertas. Nadie cuida que se respete el descanso de los que ya estamos dormidos ni les llaman la atención. Debería existir una persona por piso que se encargue de mantener el orden
Y también que al asignar habitaciones, a las familias que se hospedan con niños las ubiquen en donde no haya personas sin niños.
En el fondo no es culpa del Hotel sino educación de los huéspedes!!!

La cama muy cómoda, la limpieza , la ubicación, el desayuno.

Cons:

En la habitación justa al lado de la mía, llegaron unas personas a fumar , escuchar música a alto volumen, el olor a cigarro y el sonido alto no dejaban estar descansando. Lo bueno el hotel respondió rápido y nos cambió a una habitación sin ruidos.

La alberca sucia, agua fría, sin mantenimiento y con moho, las sombrillas rotas, toallas deshilachadas, no me hicieron el aseo del cuarto, alfombra manchada.

Aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente
Cons:

existiendo habitaciones no me dieron la hablitacion a las 12:05 pm pero me ofrecieron un registro anticipado por 750 $MN , no todo es negocio, a veces un cliente satisfecho es mejor que un cobro extra.
