I loved the hotel, the view, the rooms, breaky, amenities,staff. Peaceful. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The property had great amenities. Great bed (except for the plastic) but i am sure that's to protect the mattresses. Staff was kind, courteous, gentle, helpful and wanting to make one's stay lovely. I truly appreciate that at a hotel.

Cons:

The last few days I was there the pool area was a problem - many times there was garbage wrappers in the pool, scum in the pool I had to ask staff to remove. Balloons left in the pool. And then the last 2 days it was green and murky - which I couldn't go in. There was also food scrappings left on the small tables. Seats that didn't have covers on them. It really hadn't been properly cared for, which surprised me. Outside area near breaky: There was also cigarette butts outside the back seating area and bird doodoo on the seats. This was cleaned up right away after I asked. Recos: I have a few solutions: maybe have staff check on these areas more often so they can catch these things quickly, for the cigarette butts - have a designated smoking area (w/ a sign) in front of the building or away from others (where they can put their butts into a designated smoking tray as done in other hotels. Breakfast - they ran out of food after a certain time when I requested more, it was not available, which surprised me cause that means they are having an issue w/ backend ordering for the number of guests. I recommend taking a look at the communication between the number of guest booking vs the food being ordered, specifically to serve breakfast all the way until 11am. Would be great to have some black tea on offer. Many guests were slamming their doors, late at night and early in the morning. Any solution to alleviate that? Not everyone is familiar with turning the handle to close a door quietly while others are sleeping.

Que la alberca tuviera el agua caliente
La ubicación, cerca de la ciudad y que al frente hubiera un centro comercial

Excelente fin de semana
Pros:

La ubicación, aun cuando no es "céntrico", tampoco estas lejos, 5-10 mins llegas.
Excelente servicio
El desayuno fue increíble
El hotel se ve en Excelentes condiciones

Cons:

Al llegar al cuarto, como este estaba cerrado, olía un poco a humedad, abrimos ventanas y se resolvió, pero creo que sería una buena idea tener mosquiteros

Las instalaciones en buen estado, modernas y limpias

Cons:

El restaurante cierran a las 8pm, pero la ultima comanda la toman 7:30 pm. Lo cual no es conveniente para turistas que llegamos mas tarde de esa hora. Creo que deberían extenderlo.
