Cons:

Called many times over the phone to let them know I’ll be checking in late.

Every time I called, they put me on hold and I waited many times and never got anyone to pick up the phone.
Finally, on the sixth phone call, somebody finally answered and helped me.
The very frustrating in a while. I’ll never stay there again.

The property is central to my needs when in town.

Cons:

The atmosphere had changed tremendously. The elevators and hallways smell like marijuana. The hotel is noisy and rowdy throughout the night. It appears to have been taken over by a younger crowd, which is sad because I really used to love this location.

The clean room, free good coffee, brandon and the white woman at the front desk-they were professional and friendly

Cons:

Freeway noise, lack of decent breakfast food, no laundry facility, thebyoung black girl at the front desk sleeping while on duty out back.
