The facility was fairly good.
The soap in the shower was empty and the pump came apart in the shower. I had to get out of the shower and use the soap at the sink and get back in the shower.
Very convenient location and clean. The facilities were quite comfortable and peaceful. Loved that I could see both sunrise and sunset from my window.
Room was nice and clean. Elevators were efficient and clean. Hotel is modernized. Nice.

The coffee machine, the location, and the lady at the front desk when we checked in was super helpful and very nice. I didn't catch her name
We were there 8 nights, and 1 day of maid service , that's all . They would knock and ask if we needed anything. We had to bag garbage and set that and towels outside the room , like during COVID , sad . The floor in the room was filthy. If you walked across it and bare feet, your feet became black immediately. There are no closets, no dressers, just some hooks on a wall and a cubby hole with two separate shelves in it. That was a little rougher 8-day stay for two people. No one likes to live out of a suitcase and that's exactly what you have to do. If you stay here, there's nowhere to put your clothes. So no maid service. Nowhere to put your clothes and you had to keep your shoes on in the room. I won't be staying there again. And their breakfast was horrible. They have two options and they switch back and forth daily. Neither very appetizing at all. I will continue to stay across the street at the Holiday inn Express. This was my mistake. I should have never done this.

Property was by the highway, close to restaurants
Wifi was out thru my 4 night stay (never got a discount for inconvenience) staff talked about other guest at the front desk. Very unprofessional. Room was dirty. (Bathroom floors, bathroom counters and room floor was dirty) looked at my price is different for what I was told, trying to rip me off, will not happen.
Location and staff was friendly
TV did not work and when called about it was told I had to call an 800 # and have it fixed myself
Also room is extremely small so best for a one night stay

Everything was pretty clean and modern.
1) WiFi was down upon arrival. Front desk did what they could to get us into a room. We go to the room, open the door, and someone else was in the room.

There were a variety of breakfast choices, and everything I ate was very good. In addition to pork bacon, I would have appreciated options such as turkey bacon or turkey sausage, as I do not eat pork.
The only aspect of breakfast I disliked was that the breakfast meat options were limited to pork.
