Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and an excellent restaurant. Also in a good location just a minutes walk from some of the biggest site in Korçe

After this experience, I don't think I would choose it again.

Cons:

“The hotel was beautiful, with a unique and pleasant style. However, there were several aspects I was disappointed with. The room was uncomfortably cold because the heating system was not turned on. Additionally, the staff’s communication came across as arrogant, which was off-putting.
On Christmas Eve, despite making our reservation well in advance, the table arrangements were chaotic. We had to hold our plates in our hands to prevent spills due to the poorly spaced tables. This was clearly a result of the hotel accepting an excessive number of external reservations. Considering the high price we paid for the evening, the experience was far from satisfactory. 😟”
