Perfect
Pros:

Alles tip-top geregeld, helaas moesten we iets eerder weg door persoonlijke omstandigheden maar het hotel kwam ons super tegemoet.

Cons:

Eigenlijk haast niks, klein puntje was wel dat de schoonmaakster in onze deel van het hotel de boel snel afraffelde waardoor het niet superschoon was maar het was prima.

We had a great time. Overall I liked it.
Pros:

Very beautiful, clean, modern and spacious.

Cons:

You have to go to the beach via shuttle. Main restaurant food is very repetitive and general. No excitement when it comes to food.

Pros:

Un séjour absolument magnifique ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est superbe, très propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et toujours disponible. Les repas, les animations, les activités et les installations étaient au top. Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables et nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is heel lekker en er is veel variatie.

Cons:

Afstand naar het strand en de kwaliteit van het strand valt tegen. Er is vroeg schaduw bij de zwembaden en een zwembad is vaak in beslag genomen door het animatieteam.

Inizialmente siamo stati accolti molto bene; successivamente, però, il servizio è peggiorato. Le camere venivano pulite molto tardi, generalmente verso le 15:30/16:00, un orario poco adatto soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini che rientrano dal mare e desiderano riposarsi.

I massaggi, inoltre, sono davvero costosi e, se non si accetta il prezzo proposto, l’atteggiamento del personale cambia completamente, arrivando quasi a ignorare il cliente.

Abbiamo anche segnalato alla reception che la nostra camera non era stata pulita, ma il ragazzo presente, con un atteggiamento molto scortese!, ci ha risposto che non potevano fare nulla e che avremmo dovuto rivolgerci ad altre persone all’interno dell’hotel. Per un turista, però, non è affatto semplice orientarsi nella struttura e capire chi sia la persona giusta a cui rivolgersi. Ci saremmo aspettati maggiore disponibilità e assistenza da parte della reception.

Vi é stata una lite in un ristorante da parte le piscine con due dipendenti che si spingevano, i bambini erano da parte a loro!

SEHR SEHR gutes Essen, wenn man bedenkt dass es ein All-In Hotel ist und haufenweise Leute bekocht werden müssen. Wer was anderes behauptet hat keine Ahnung, Sushi war richtig lecker sowie die Suppen. Fleisch hat auch immer sehr gut geschmeckt und türkische Küche 15/10. Hotelanlage sehr sauber, es wird permanent geputzt und aufgeräumt. Zimmer sehr groß und ebenfalls sauber, für Unterhaltung wurde gesorgt. Poolbereiche auch immer stets sauber. Kaffee auch nicht schlecht für eine All in Anlage.
