Wonderful hotel where you can enjoy every day and get unbelievable memories.
Pros:

It’s amazing hotel with friendly personal.
The food was great. Activities/events were wonderful. It was pleasure to stay and enjoy holiday over here.

All in all quite ok.
Pros:

Interior is nice, pools are nice too. Most of the staff friendly. Activity crew, DJ and barmen Harun were exceptional.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Food pretty much the same every day. Sometimes seems like there was short of staff in some places, and need to wait to be served. Was pretty empty most of the time especially in the evenings. Bars were not open overnight.
Also didn't like Ivo and Misha offering massage or to buy leathers 10 times a day. Once is enough if i want something I will find them myself. Don't need to offer 100 times daily.

Personal sehr unfreundlich, Reception unfreundlich, Hotel 700m von Strand entfernt obwohl auf die Booking steht am Strand, strand sehr dreckig und duschen gingen es nicht, andauernd warten auf das Auto der zum Strand die Menschen bringen, es hat meine Probleme niemanden interessiert, seit 30 jahre war ich in Side aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, essen jeden Tag fast nur das gleiche. Horror mit ein 6 Jähriges Kind und alleine🤯🤯🤯

Overall a pleasant and well-maintained stay. The main issue was the top floor AC, which didn't work properly and made nights uncomfortably hot. The pool was quite cold, though that's expected in late April. The buffet offered good quality food but became repetitive. Dinner drinks are self-service, and service can be inattentive at times.

The animation team was balanced and not intrusive. The in-house barber was excellent. The beach area seemed fine, though I didn't spend much time there.

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 chat support was very responsive.

Cons:

The à la carte restaurants weren't worth it, as the food was similar to the buffet and service felt overwhelmed.

The Hammam staff were quite pushy with upselling, even after treatments which was annoying...

Pros:

Всё было супер! Персонал прекрасный, отзывчивый. Разнообразие еды и напитков, есть детское меню. Меню коктейлей отдельно порадовало.
Аквапарк взрослый и детский, детская площадка, детский клуб и комнаты развлекательные есть. Отель семейный, шоу программа заканчивается в 23:00 и тишина. Для нас это было важным, чтобы не было шумно и дети могли отдыхать.

Cons:

Это не 1 линия! Из отеля везет трансфер и меня это очень расстроило, ведь при поиске отеля для меня был один из важных пунктов - 1 линия. В остальном, всё было идеально!

War in Ordnung, jedoch kommen wir leider nicht mehr wieder

-viele Wasserkühlschränke zur Selbstbedienung

Cons:

-viel zu viele Sonnenliegen, alles sehr beengt trotz sehr weniger Urlauber
-Sonnenliegen & Schirme sehr veraltet und schmutzig
-Brücke über dem Pool ist familienunfreundlich
-Ambiente zwar gut, aber an vielen Stellen unsauber und etwas Schimmel
-weit entfernt vom Strand, dieser ist garnicht schön und sehr heruntergekommen, katastrophal
-Cocktails wurden je nach Bar und Personal anders und nicht nach Wunsch zb ohne Eis und Alkohol gemixt
-Auswahl beim Essen ist zwar groß aber blieb so gut wie immer die gleiche

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Calyptos und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch alle anderen Bereiche des Hotels waren jederzeit in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, sauber und bestens ausgestattet.

Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.

Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight – sauber, schön gestaltet und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Der Strand war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, hat unsere Erwartungen jedoch nicht ganz erfüllt. Er war deutlich kleiner, als wir ihn uns anhand der Beschreibungen vorgestellt hatten. Außerdem standen die Liegen und Stühle recht nah beieinander, sodass man nicht immer die gewünschte Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen konnte.

Trotzdem war der Strand sauber und gepflegt, und man konnte dort durchaus entspannte Stunden verbringen. Mit etwas mehr Platz zwischen den Liegen und einer größeren Strandfläche wäre das Erlebnis noch deutlich angenehmer gewesen.
