I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also great and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was excellent. They provided such a variety of choices each day. There was fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, scrambled eggs, and more. The server Estelle went from table to table asking each person if they were satisfied and offered to get whatever they needed. We offered fruit and blueberry muffins to go the first day.
There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. New condos going up across the street . There is no view of the beach or ocean. So there isn't much that can be done by the owners to improve/ change.
Everything is great! Especially nice people/employees and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good location to both sides of Vilano
When sitting in back by the pool, there was a dumpster behind the fence that smelled bad and attracted flies
Breakfast was very good, variety of choices and hot buffet. Loved the 24/7 hot coffee, tea and hot water. The staff are friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Not pet friendly works for us my child has pet dander allergies. Walking distance to the beach.

This property was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious. Short walk to the beach.
The only thing that was concerning was the price of the hotel.
Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean with a balcony. Beds comfy. Parking on site. Lots of beach toys & chairs for loan if needed. Beach was a short walk away as was a large supermarket. The centre of St Augustine was a drive away.
Please reduce the plastic use at breakfast or at least recycle. Small pots of fruit handed out in single use plastic & then thrown.
Struggled to get on the wifi - we weren't the only ones - had a trip to reception but the receptionist couldn't see a reason either.
The staff was exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Always had a smile. The breakfast was extremely good. Always had full options no matter what time you came in. The location was perfect. So close to the beach. Walk one block and you are on the beach enjoying the ocean. Downtown is only a 5-minute drive away. So much to do. Would recommend this hotel and location to everyone.
Wi-Fi needs a boost. It was a little slow. Air conditioning in the common areas seemed to be too warm.
