Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wie Teil der Sayulita-Familie.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelpersonal war durchgehend äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt haben. Die herzliche Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zentral an einer lebendigen Ecke im Ortskern, was für eine besondere Atmosphäre und viele Vorteile sorgt. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen, wer jedoch absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte eher eine Unterkunft am Ortsrand wählen.

Location -down town, restaurants within walking distance. Very clean. Employees very helpful.

Cons:

We were on 3rd floor and DJ was directly above. Constant loud music into the night. Hard too sleep.
WiFi was constantly breaking down. No tv. Couldn't use phone.

Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooftop pool and bar area is stunning, vibrant and relaxing. At the same time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous. You also can’t beat the location. It’s right in town and just steps away from the beach.

Cons:

Just make sure your room is not by the tree where the birds are.

Que es muy linda la decoración me gusto mucho el área de la alberca.

Cons:

Que no tiene estacionamiento y hay que dejar el auto en la calle. Pero el personal nos indicó donde dejar la camioneta y es un lugar seguro.

Pros:

Staff is helpful and the location is very centric and close to the beach. Rooms are okay. The view from the rooftop is nice.

Cons:

Honestly, the noise at night really makes the stay less enjoyable. Also, baths with a curtain would help to not make a mess when showering. I feel I payed to much for what I got but had a good time.

We did enjoy our stay which was over the busy Christmas period. The staff were charming

Loved the pool on the roof and the view out to sea. Colourful and in a very buzzy part of town. Not for those who want peace and quiet. Lovely and patient staff

Cons:

The hotel was quite dirty. Not much hanging space in our room for two. No hanging space at all in the other room. Basic facilities. The breakfast was the same everyday. Week coffee and juice. Eggs two ways. Could be chaotic and not enough space if a lot of residents came at once. The other upstairs space on the roof could be have been fantastic but the loungers are in bad shape, and it looks a bit sparse and messy. With better furniture, some tiles?, colour could be very cool. Was a quite area to relax away from the music by the pool though.
