Nice, clean rooms and in good location except for the worksite next door to the hotel

Cons:

The hotel is situated directly next to a work site and the building activity started at 6 am. We should have been made aware of that when we booked the hotel and when we checked in

Pros:

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Location is great right in the heart of Canberra

Cons:

We had interconnecting rooms, and couldn't unlock the door in between - a very minor inconvenience.

Very impressed with hotel rooms and service and most of all the staff communication skills is excell

Hotel was excellent and I was very impressed with the little things that made a big impression and added to making our stay more comfortable and staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly and always welcoming every time we entered the hotel and location excellent

Cons:

Only complaint was side lamps in both rooms did not work

Ottima posizione, camera davvero ben arredata. Letto comodissimo, bagno stupendo, una vetrata bellissima che illuminava tantissimo la stanza, doppia televisione, lavatrice, asciugatrice, frigo bar, cucina ben fornita. Non mancava davvero niente. Silenziosa e accogliente. Palestra ben organizzata. Prezzo giusto per l'offerta. Pulizia ottima.

Sono arrivata alla mattina molto presto, accordandomi precedentemente. Ho dovuto attendere nonostante la reception dovrebbe essere aperta sempre. La ragazza in servizio alla reception alla mattina davvero poco accogliente sia al check in che al check out
