Absolutely nothing!!!
Everything!!! We reserved and prepaid for 2 rooms. Upon arrival the lady in the office could only get 1 room checked in. She saw where we paid for 2 rooms but said that booking.com blocked the pay for the 2nd room. Tried to call and chat with booking.com with no answers. 1 hr later the lady finally said oops there it is. She was entering something wrong. We get to the rooms and they were horrible!!! The bathtubs had black in the bottom. There was hair all over the bathroom floors. THE beds were absolutely uncomfortable. The paint was peeling off the ceilings and walls. The windows ledges hadn't been cleaned in a very long time!!! Have been trying to reach booking.com for a refund as I was told at the hotel that since I paid through booking.com they were the o ly ones that could give a refund!!! We ended up sleeping in our car. 💯 do not recommend!!!! Also the only light that worked in 1 room was the bathroom light.

The amount of time it takes to get deposits back. 2 weeks plus for me. Sometimes I don't get it back at all.
The manager/desk clerk was very sweet and very overworked. She did all she could to help with a negative situation. I very much appreciate her efforts to do a little late cleaning to try to make our stay 20% acceptable.
The room had a floor that could easily have been cleaned well, but it hadn't been. The beds, we think, had clean sheets. But that's about all I can say positive about the room. The kitchen sink drain was OK, but both the vanity and tub drains need serious de-clogging. The whole bathtub should have been condemned years ago. Absolutely disgusting. A wad of pubic hair was left in the drain. Nothing had been swept in the bathroom much less vacuum or sanitized. Very obvious crumbs on the floor left near the table. A chair had been shoved into the corner, and I think I know why. It was disgusting-looking, and someone should have taken some Resolve to it and spent 5 minutes trying to clean it a long time ago. The TV was non-functional. We stayed two nights, but I seriously considered driving 8 hours late at night to avoid going back the 2nd night. We stayed away from this room as much as we possibly good. The 2nd night, a live roach crawled across the floor, and I didn't tell my son about it, because he was already having trouble sleeping. We were, to say the least, completely nauseated by most aspects of this room. I have never felt this strong about any stay anywhere.

Its a motel so you can't expect much. But our key quit working for our door right before 10 am .

The room was full of flies, carpet was nasty, shower was dirty and roaches come out at night. Money wasted! Never again.
This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Building in poor shape, bath tub was so bad that we hated to even get into it. They do absolutely nothing for you, no cleaning and they make you bring dirty linens back to office and you pick up clean ones there and well the towels smell bad. They do not clean rooms at all.
When we first got there, they gave us the wrong room. We then got the correct room without much hassle but there was a strong musty smell and the bathroom was not very clean. Since there are limited hotels in Brazil IN and we had already paid via Expedia, we decided to stay anyway. We had a wedding that night. When we got back at 1:00 AM, there were 10 cockroaches that we could see. We could not stay there with the combination of the smell, cleanliness, and cockroaches. We packed our stuff and tried to get a refund which the manager would not give us because we booked though Expedia. Expedia will not refund our money either because they say the motel won't let them. We ended up finding another hotel 20 miles away in the next town and got to sleep at 4AM. This was a terrible experience with this motel and Expedia. I will not use either again unless Expedia does the right thing and refunds my money.
Have bedbugs, stink bugs run the room, have to sleep in my truck
Cockroaches on walls. Was given the wrong room at first and when we got to the correct room (2 double bed suite), it sounded like someone was being assaulted a few doors down. We did not feel safe staying there with our two children. We left immediately. I dropped the key off at the front desk 20 minutes after checking in, and they would not refund. They charged full price and we did not stay there due to bugs and danger.
