Pros:

They were clean, close enough to Kyoto Station and the check out process is quick.

Cons:

The check in time is very late and since there is no one at the hotel, you'll have to wait at the street. The facilities also could be better, they are very limited.

Great location and very clean facility!
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic, just a nice walk away from Kyoto Station. Far enough that it wasn't crowded but still close to neat things. While no staff was on hand, they were very punctual in replying to messages. The room was very small but well laid out, making it easy to navigate. The shower was one of the best I've ever had in my life.
Do be prepared to check your email for your codes. That's key. Figuratively and literally!

Cons:

The beds were very firm. Which I liked, though my spouse did not. It's definitely something for other travelers to be aware of. Also, the air conditioner was very loud, but that was also not necessarily bad as it functioned as something of a white noise machine.

Pros:

宿泊料金が格安な割に、部屋が清潔で快適に過ごせた。
無人である点が少々不安だったが、特に問題はなかった。
チェックインがオンラインでできたのが良かった。

Cons:

部屋の中に宿泊に関する説明文のようなものがなかった。浄水器で水を汲みに行きたいと思ったが、オー卜ロックなのか・再度部屋に入るにはQRコードをかざす必要があるのかが分からなかった。

ネスプレッソの使い方がわからなかった。説明用のQRコードを読み込んだものの、エラーが出て結局よくわからず、ネットで調べてやったけどうまくいかなかった。

Pros:

La cercanía al templo Toji y a la estación de Kioto (10 min andando). Zona super tranquila y tradicional pero muy bien comunicada con todos los lugares de interes. La habitación muy comoda y acogedora.

Cons:

No hay recepción ni personal físico. El tema del acceso mediante QR nos dió problemas dos días, se solucionó rapido porque el personal del hotel principal está muy pendiente. Enviamos las maletas desde nuestro hotel de tokio y tuvimos que ir a recogerlas al hotel principal que está a 10 min en bus de este, lo que es un poco atraso.
