We had the most magnificent time. We had all our friends and family stay at the hotel for our daughter’s wedding at a wedding venue in the area.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing!!! He was so incredibly kind and helped all our guests. We were arranging our daughter’s flowers and he offered us an easier solution by using the empty office space. He was sent from God, it helped us so much. Thank you for your kindness.

In addition, the morning girl Sue was the nicest person and helped us with our breakfast and our brunch on Sunday. She was so sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed her.

I had the pleasure of staying at the AC Austin Hill Country Hotel last week, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was—especially thanks to the outstanding staff who made our group visit seamless and memorable.

From the very beginning of the booking process, Brianna was a rockstar. She helped us navigate contract details and room list changes with grace and efficiency, and was always available on-site to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Jessica was a lifesaver with last-minute printing requests and room adjustments—her calm and helpful demeanor made all the difference during crunch time.
Evenings at the bar were a highlight thanks to David and Davee, who served up the best Old Fashioneds (with the most perfect ice cubes!) and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our group to unwind.

And then there was Sue, the heart and soul of our breakfast service. She truly went above and beyond—making sure I had a breakfast to-go every morning, sharing stories about her Thai cooking, and treating everyone like family. Her care and hospitality were deeply appreciated.
The property itself is fantastic for corporate events or group bookings. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, amenities are top-notch, and the gym even has a Peloton bike.

I wholeheartedly recommend the AC Austin Hill Country Hotel to anyone planning a group stay or corporate event. The staff, the service, and the overall experience were simply outstanding.

The AC hotel did not disappoint. The amenities and location was great. The breakfast was very good. Sue went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well.

I traveled October 3-5 with my daughter and granddaughter to a baby shower in Austin for my son and daughter-in-law. Truly a special time with family and the Austin AC HillCountry helped make it so special. The service from staff was above what I expected. Sue made us feel welcome and explained the breakfast options. Food was delicious and delivered promptly…. Sat outside on the patio. Also, Jessica, helped me set up a happy hour at the rooftop bar—- great service and delicious appetizers. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Great accommodations. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Sue in particular took time greet me every morning at breakfast. She made me feel very welcome.

My room has a great view, and the amenities here are fabulous. I also love that it’s close by to other restaurants and walking paths. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I met a very sweet woman, Sue, who makes the breakfast food and pastries when I was getting some coffee. She brightened up my day instantly and we had great conversation. A beautiful start to my day.

This is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Supanee was a great server during the breakfast hour. I will be back next time time I’m in town.

When we arrived, it was before check in. We were offered an early check in so that was really convenient. Holden at the front desk was extremely helpful and very polite.
In the morning we were quickly greeted by Sue, who quickly offered us breakfast either as a meal or a la cart. She was friendly, efficient, and checked k us often. She also called us, and other patrons requiring her service, y name! Now that was impressive.
Our room is spacious and clean. The amenities are very nice.
In the early morning we enjoyed fresh hot coffee on the downstairs deck. It was very peaceful.

I enjoyed this stay. The management employees went out of their way to assist the guest, who was watering plants, and were willing to address any issues or needs. I had a wonderful breakfast. Francis made sure nothing was left unattended. Outstanding selections. Yes, Frances would be worth the morning coffee run, breakfast to go, or make yourself comfortable for a leisurely morning treat. The bar upstairs with the view is something not to miss during your stay.

Supani, Chris, and Holden made us feel right at home, remembering our names and being there for our needs. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and food was delicious. We will be coming back.
