Bitter enttäuscht vom Badhotel

Lage ist sehr schön .
Abendessen sehr gut aber etwas wenig Auswahl .
Frühstück mittelmäßig .
Auswahl nicht schlecht aber auch nicht mehr .
Personal im Speisesaal sehr bemüht .

Cons:

Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Bett fällt im Bereich des Kopfteils ab .
Badewanne extrem hoch und nur mit Duschtennwand .
Nach dem Duschen schwimmt das Bad .
Das schlimmste war jedoch das Hunde im Speisesaal waren und gefüttert wurden .
Ein Hund übergab sich im Speisesaal.
Da hört es für mich auf .
Wir waren nur noch angeekelt.
Hunde im Hotel sind schon eine Zumutung aber im Frühstücksraum haben Hunde nichts verloren .
Werde nie mehr ein Hotel Buchen das Hunde erlaubt im Hotel .
Es ist schon eine Zumutung wenn ich nur darüber nachdenke die Waren im Bett oder auf dem Sofa .
Weshalb gibt es keine Zimmer da wo Hunde nicht erlaubt sind , es gibt nicht nur Hundefreunde.
Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich.
Hundehotel des Jahres , sollten Menschen wieder mal im Vordergrund stehen werde ich wieder kommen .

Historisches Hotel in Traumlage am Bodensee
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einem historischen Gebäude direkt am Bodensee.
Super Lage, vom Hotel geht es direkt auf die Uferpromenade, die Innenstadt von Überlingen ist von dort zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt auch einen großen Parkplatz mit 2 E-Ladesäulen. Optional ist direkt gegenüber das Parkhaus Überlingen West.

Cons:

Auf Grund des Alters natürlich kein Neubau - Zimmer war aber trotzdem sauber und sehr gut gepflegt.

An sich ein schönes Hotel mit einer schönen Lage direkt am See.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.
Frühstück war ausreichend mit viel Auswahl.
Das Personal war beim Frühstück immer sehr freundlich. Das Reinigungspersonal war auch freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend.
Das Essen im Restaurant war super. Große Portionen und der Salat war top.
Direkt am Hotel befindet sich eine Therme und 50 Meter weiter ein Strand am Bodensee mit Volleyball Platz, Essen, Kabinen zum umziehen.

Cons:

Wir haben für jeden Tag im Restaurant gebucht und an einem Tag wollten wir uns eine halbe Stunde früher hinsetzen und vorher etwas trinken. Es hieß wir hätten keinen Tisch gebucht obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Aus diesem Grund gingen wir lieber Außerhalb essen.

Die Kellner auf der Terrasse wirken sehr verloren. Man hatte das Gefühl das man dort nicht wirklich willkommen ist und das diese schnell Platz für neue Gäste machen möchten.
Man musste jedes Mal einen Kellner rufen um ein Getränk zu bestellen, da diese einem keines Blickes würdigen.
Der Service der Kellner ist verbesserungswürdig.
