Management should look into each department's quality of work and overall hospitality.
Pros:

The experience and aminities are low to the star tariff. Front desk is poor, untrained/less qualified staff. Facilities in room are unorganised. Food is good.

We had a very good experience. The hotel receptionist kindly honored our request to change our room from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor, which we truly appreciated.
