Pros:

Excellent staff, spacious Room, fantastic view, modern furniture, clean comfortable beds, clean new carpet, clean towels, 2 new, well-maintained elevators, bottles of water available at any time, great morning breakfast in the Hotel lobby, plenty of parking space. Home 2 Suites by Hilton in North Conway is the best Hotel we stayed in our US trip. If I am again in this area I will definitely stay in it again plus I will look for this Hilton brand in my future US travels.

Overall good, but getting good night sleep is important to me.
Pros:

I love the room lay out and cleanliness

Cons:

I only have one complaint and that is the sheets. The polyester sheets don’t breath and I never get a good nights sleep. Miss the cotton sheets!

Free breakfast, except the woman at the desk told us breakfast was until 10 AM. We got down there at 8:50 only to find out breakfast folds up at 9 AM

Cons:

A cleaning person knocked and immediately let himself in and then knocked on the bathroom door while my wife was in there. So I told them at the desk and said we'll be out of the room in 30 minutes. They construed that as don't clean the room ??? So the next day they sent a non English speaking person who when he "cleaned" the room , the bed looked like a 5 year old made it, no coffee replacement, no new towels. On day 7 they locked us out of our room and tried to turn it around on us because we had added an extra day. My wife is handicapped, which I told the hotel when speaking with them yet they put us about as far from the elevator as you can get. There is a big sign in the hotel saying if there is any problem they'll make it right. This hotel has gone downhill. And the desk people do not have the word "sorry" in their vocabulary. Last, not sure what it is, but it smells like an ash tray all around the hotel outside and somewhat inside. We will never waste our money here again.
